It had everything we needed for our perfect family vacation – a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, beach gear, and a great location close to shops and beaches. The ocean breeze from the open lanai doors was amazing, and the beach right outside the property is pristine – perfect for watching the sunrise. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing, hassle-free getaway!

Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Unit had everything we needed and then some. Pool was great for the kids and wasn't too cold for our summer visit.

The property was amazing it made our trip very enjoyable.

The bathrooms are not equal for two adult couples. One couple gets two connecting bathrooms and the other bedroom gets a bathroom lacking in privacy. The shutters separating the bedroom and bathroom do not close properly! Also, the second bedroom is much smaller and the ceiling fan makes a terrible noise. I know mold is a problem but all the bathroom sinks (under the rims) had visible mold reflected in the mirrors.

Utterly amazing! You can see/ hear the ocean from the lanai! We loved how close it was to the airport, our luau, the fern grotto tour, & the helicopter tour....and only a beautiful hour drive north or south to do more sightseeing. Having a minute walk from the condo to the sandy beach was also perfection - it won't disappoint you!

First time in Kauai for our family and this place did not disappoint. The building and grounds are kept unbelievably clean. The pool, beach and overall property is amazing. We traveled all over the Island stopping at many beaches and we actually found that the beach at this property was the best for kids. The condo is well stocked with everything you will ever need and also has one of the best views on the resort. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast every morning on the deck and will always remember those ocean sunrises! Thanks for everything, we will be back!

Our unit was exactly as represented in the pictures on VRBO. Beautiful accommodations. Our location was so convenient: ocean view, Safeway and multiple stores within walking distance, ice cream and shave ice across the street. Couldn’t imagine a better vacation destination!

Great location! The view from the condo is fabulous! The photos don't do it justice. It is just a short walk to the beach and pool. We watched the sunrise every morning, sometimes from the lanai and sometimes from the beach. The property grounds are beautiful, and the pool is large with many hot tubs and the slides are a lot of fun. There is a small gym that we used as well. We BBQ'd one night. There is a restaurant that is open for dinner. One afternoon they had a waitress coming around the pool area taking orders. That was nice. We highly recommend this property. The condo was spacious and clean. The owners always responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very clean and had a good view of the ocean. The pool on the property was very nice with waterfalls and slides for the kids. We recommend this room for anyone looking for a great resort with an ocean view.

Although most recommend staying in Poipu or Princeville, we found this to be a central location and allow us to really explore all areas of Kauai. 30-40 min drive to Poipu and 40-50 min drive to Hanalei, so easy day trips The resort was nice and the pool was excellent. The plaza across the street has a nice Safeway and great shaved ice place. Everything with rooms was as advertised and expected. So actually had no need to contact the hosts during our stay.

This was an amazing unit with everything you could ask for. The amenities were spectacular and the views were out of this world. Would definitely love to stay again on next trip!

The property is wonderful and quiet. It was a nice getaway for my husband and I. The views were stunning and enjoyed eating breakfast out on the lanai each morning. It was truly a great way to wake up each day.

We took our family of 4 to Kauai and thoroughly enjoyed this condo. The accommodations were wonderful, very clean, and a good place to anchor our 5 day trip. Our favorites: location, restaurant, pool, proximity to beach. The location is so easy to get in and out for adventuring, or simply walking across the street to get groceries or snacks. (tip: there is delicious shaved ice and ice cream across the street!) Also very walkable to snorkel rental shops and the perfect location for being somewhat central to take a trip north or south of the island. The property's restaurant was delicious, very fresh fish, extremely knowledgable staff. I will say it was a bummer they weren't open for breakfast or lunch. This condo has a great view of the ocean/skyline and a little green area to run around, very quiet other than the peaceful birds & waves. The pool was a huge selling point and our kids wanted to swim all day even though the water was way colder than expected. This condo even had some boogie boards we could use at the beach which was a nice surprise. The owner and property manager was very prompt at answering any questions. Overall, I would recommend this property especially if you have older kids. Reasonable price for high quality!

We had a lovely one week stay with our son and his family at this beach front complex. We all (kids 6 & 8) loved the roomy kitchen and the table on the balcony where we ate our breakfasts and many dinners. The beds were comfy with clean crisp sheets, the kitchen was equipped with all our cooking needs, and the 2 bedroom layout was perfect. The pool was functional for all of us with 2 slides, a baby area, 3 hot tubs and a short 'river' for resistance walking. The owners/managers responded very quickly to our questions. This particular unit had a considerable partial ocean view off the balconies, overlooking a green space where kids gathered to play running games. Location could not have been better. It was a short drive to the north for activities and to the south for parks and snorkeling. We focused on outdoor hikes, snorkeling and beach play. Our days began by walking out the door with coffee for sunrise on the beach. One morning even brought whales in the distance. Restaurants with delicious menu options were also either walking distance away or a 10 minute drive. We hope to return with other family members and liked it so much that we would rent the same condo.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the condo. The place was beautiful and well stocked with all that we needed. Location was great, also.
