This condo offers guests Breathtaking, Panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean from every room in the home. The home is newly renovated and has a top/second floor, corner location at the very edge of the Pacific on the beautiful north coast of Kauai. What you hear are the sounds of the ocean and what you see just below you is miles and miles of the Pacific Ocean and the coast of Kauai. For 20 years this home has been praised by our guests for it's ocean viewing experience and the comfort and charm that it provides while staying here. You are invited to read our reviews.
Beyond the experience of our ocean front location, the home offers comfort, charm, convenience and amenities. It is furnished with some of the most comfortably furnishings and beds available - Comfortable Posturpedic king and queen size mattresses for the beds, two swiveling Lazy Boy recliner chairs and a sofa for comfort in the living room, a library of books, games and DVDs. It offers both high speed internet and over 800 high definition TV channels for viewing. The home is decorated with vintage Hawaiian paintings & Hawaiian artwork to bring guests the experience of native Hawaiian culture . The fully stocked kitchen is a food lovers delight. Our wrap around lanai (deck) offers spectacular views of the ocean right below while relaxing in our outdoor captain's chairs. Binoculars for viewing are available to guests.
The home is conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, great beaches and many of Kauai's best outdoor sights and adventure experiences, but remains very quiet except for the sounds of the ocean and the wind.
There is ample, free parking directly in front of the condo.

Everything was great couldn’t find the coffee grinder though
This is our second time back at this condo and we loved it. The views can't be beat, and everything in the condo was comfortable and welcoming.
We had the most amazing stay here! Nothing can beat the view! We watched sunrise and sunset everyday right from the balcony. And everything inside the space was beautiful and equipped with everything we could’ve needed!
Mostly a great stay here. The location is unbeatable and the views are terrific. The unit itself is nice though slightly dated compared to some of the newer units in the area. The tv was broken for the duration of our stay, which was a bummer for nighttime movie watching but overall a nice spot.

We had a great stay. Condo listing was accurate and the place was very well equipped. Comfortable spaces and very well located for exploring the North Shore. View can’t be beat. Thanks Curt for sharing your place! For others’ information: very nice new coffee pot, takes cone filters but they have a reusable cone filter if needed. Unit has beach towels and chairs, beach gear.

Great location on the north shore with easy access to all we wanted to do and see. Beautiful ocean views- it was awesome waking up to the sunrise every morning. Only downside is the unit does not have AC. Only an issue on unusually hot days and we had a couple.
Condo was a fantastic location with an amazing view. It was a bit dated Furniture wise and carpeting and wish they had told us that there was not a coffee pot just a Keurig that made the morning not so enjoyable otherwise that fantastic day.

The views are amazing! We enjoyed listening to the ocean as we went to sleep at night. Well maintained older condo with everything we needed for our stay.
Scenic location says it all! Place was great but a tad-bit outdated. Regardless of that it was spacious and accommodating. Power went out city wide but there were candles and flashlights! I would love to go again. Got to love the Rooster wake up call! So peaceful!
This condo was perfection. When we arrived, the condo was very clean, the kitchen had everything needed to cook meals, all of the instructions were very clear and organized. And then the views....this is our second time staying at Alii Kai and this condo, by far, has the greatest views. The Adirondack chairs on the deck provide a perfect view of the sunrise and sunset, and there are perfect views (and sounds) of the ocean from both bedrooms and the living room. Leave your sleeping sound machines at home and let the ocean do the work for you (and a bonus, the ocean drowns out the chickens in the morning) We can't wait to go back. Thank you for opening your home to us.

The view of the ocean was magnificent and the trade winds blowing through the condo kept us perfectly comfortable. Amazing to hear the sound of the waves day and night! We loved being so close to everything on the north shore. Host was fantastic to work with.

The very best aspect of this condo is its ocean views. The views from the deck, bedrooms and living room are absolutely stunning. The condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen and very clean. The only negative is that its in a large condo complex and housing development in Princeville but all that is forgotten once your inside.
If you want the best open ocean view, this is it. Quiet complex with plenty of things close by…
