We had a great time! Excellent location and whales from the balcony everyday!

The condo is as described. The AC was appreciated in the bedroom and cooled off nicely. We made good use of the snorkeling items in the closet. Before you buy a cooler the condo has a small and larger one to use along with chairs and umbrellas. It was relaxing to sit on the lanai and watch the turtles poke their heads up. Many used the cove to snorkel and scuba dive. It a perfect location to view the sunset just around the corner of the building. Thanks for a great stay

Beautiful view, perfect sunsets, daily turtle sightings from balcony. Close to so many food and shopping options. Honestly did not need the AC, but nice to have.

Wonderful condo! Right on the ocean. Gentle surf sounds through the night and beautiful morning sunrises. This is a very clean and well maintained property. Lots of nice amenities. Highly recommended!

Perfect location to visit the whole island. The view and sound of the ocean is incredible. Very relaxing, clean & nice decor.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is located in a great part of Poipu and close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The condo is very well kept and clean. Host was easy to contact and check-in is simple. Pictures in the listing are spot on, including the amazing ocean view. We would stay at this condo again.

We had a great stay at Kuhio Shores. Closet had 4 beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and hats. Kitchen had everything we needed including a little rice cooker and kettle. Great morning views from the lanai, quick walk to Beach House and Lawai Beach for snorkeling. Building is older Hawaiian style so it is comfy and quiet instead of glossy like a big new resort.

The condo is beautiful!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner was very thorough, so we didn't have many questions, but she was helpful and answered quickly when we did have a question. We had an amazing trip. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Location

This condo has a stunning view from the lanai. I watched turtles every day from the lanai. The condo has most everything you need. The A/C in the bedroom works well, but the rest of the condo stayed really warm even with the doors/ windows open and the fans going. There were only 2 bath towels/person & 1 hand towel/person with no bathmat. The condo listing shows that it has a washer/ dryer, but it is not in the condo. They are available on each floor, but their are 2.50/load for the washer & 2.50/load for the dryer. A little disappointing especially with limited towels. I would recommend staying here as long as you are aware of the quirks of the property.

Lovely 8 nights in this gorgeous condo. Snorkeled daily from the west side of the building. Conveniently next to The Beach House restaurant. Had everything we needed.

We had a great time, convenient location to explore the south shore. The water and sunrise views were wonderful. Well equipt room. Parking was free and right at the building. Restaurant was right next door so you never needed to travel for dinner but make reservations. Just don’t park directly under the palm tree at the condos, bird poo but everything was great. We would stay again.

This is the our third time staying at Kuhio Shores, first time in this unit. It is a very comfortable unit, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and furniture. We have stayed at other locations on Kauai previously, but Kuhio Shores is our favorite — great snorkeling right outside the building!

The communication prior to arrival was fantastic with lots of information. The check-in was easy. We spent every morning sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise and listening to the waves crash. The condo has many accoutrements for the beach, including chairs, sand toys, an umbrella, snorkeling equipment, and beach towels. We stayed cool due to the cross breeze through the condo when the back door and windows are open. Next time we are on Kaua’i, we will see if this condo is available again if it’s just myself and my spouse. The pull-out couch was not very comfortable for our child to sleep on.

We stayed at this property for 5 nights as part of our honeymoon in Kauai. The owner is so sweet and provides ample details on ensuring a great stay. The unit itself is quiet and relaxing. The best part is the amazing lanai with views of the ocean and comfortable patio furniture. It was so nice to open the back windows and listen to the ocean waves while sitting inside. If we ever come back to Kauai, we would absolutely love to stay here again! It was the perfect peaceful escape!

Great location and views. We were able to walk to snorkeling locations and places to eat. There was always something going on at the Beach House restaurant. Easy driving to get to other locations on the island.

The most amazing view to wake up to every morning! The perfect location for all our activites

This was our family’s first time in Kauai and will have forever memories of the island. We are frequent travelers to the Hawaiian islands and they all have something unique and special. The highlight for us here was the snorkeling. It was so close to the condo and so many beautiful fish and turtles. The condo provided the necessities and had plenty of room for our family. There were umbrellas, chairs, sand toys and coolers. My only complaint is the linens were not freshly cleaned. Our kids slept on the pull out couch but the sheets and blankets provided in the linen closet smelled like they were washed several months ago. I ended up washing the sheets and just let the kids take our blanket and pillows. Other than that, everything else was perfectly fine and we enjoyed our stay and would stay again when we go back to Kauai.

We absolutely loved our time at Molla and Kevin’s place. The view of the ocean is astonishing. The condo is clean, spacious, and well -equipped. It feels like a home rather than a sterile vacation condo. The location is very convenient for getting to various beaches and other sites of interest. We loved everything about this place and hope to return.

This condo was so lovely. The furnishings, decor, etc. are well-appointed which made our stay so comfortable. The views and listening to the waves were breathtaking. There was always parking available. We plan on staying here again. It felt like home.

Great condo, on the ocean. Very scenic near, quiet (other than the roosters) but they are everywhere. We highly recommend this property for couples, or small families.

This condo was fantastic. The owner provides excellent literature and accessibility to her and her local support person, should need arise. The condo has a balcony/lanai with amazing views of the ocean and the sea turtles swimming in it. Sunrise is stunning from the lanai. And 24/7 you can hear the surf. The condo is outfitted with many supplies including swimming and water gear. Kitchen well outfitted. Would come back again to this very condo in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
