The Space:
Wake to the view of the ocean from your master bedroom! This beautiful condo has many extras not normally found in a beachfront condo. Koa wood floor and trim as well as bookcase and dresser in the bedroom add to the elegance of this great condo.
Breakfast on your lanai and watch the kite surfers, whales in winter months and not to mention fabulous sunrises. Newly updated with new carpet, paint and furniture make this the ideal condo for your stay on The Garden Island. Our location, East side, gives you the opportunity to see all that Kauai has to offer without a lot of driving.
Walk to several great restaurants and shops. Have shave ice, ice cream and fresh fish at the Coconut Marketplace next door. And, buy local produce there twice a week from the farmer's market.
Our beach is the best swimming beach on the East side and even has a protected ocean pool for the little ones.

Today, beautiful white sandy beaches, lush green mountains and valleys, and consistently warm weather all year round attract travelers from all over the world. The Royal Coconut Coast has become a popular tourist destination because of its central location, beauty, rich history and culture, and variety of activities available for the whole family. From Wailua to Kealia, the east side of Kauai offers accommodations for both the budget traveler and those wanting a more full-service resort experience. The whole family can find something to do here, from a leisurely day at the beach or spa, to biking, hiking, kayaking, or golfing, there are many options of how to spend your time on Kauai’s Royal Coconut Coast.
Getting Around:
We have the Kauai Bus, Taxis, Uber and Lyft but we recommend renting a car to enjoy all there is on the island.

Easy parking. Amazing view.
Beautiful condo and grounds. Perfect location for our family of four (two kiddos age 17 and 18). The kids were able to go and do without us - excellent walkability and cernerally located for adventuring to other areas of the island.
Arriving at night was a little challenging because of trying to find where exactly the condo was located on site. But other than that it was a very nice unit, great view. We’d stay there again.

Close to ocean and food
Perfect
This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The views were beautiful from both lanais and we appreciated the closet full of beach gear & toys. Check in was a breeze and we never needed to contact the owners during our stay. We love the Lae Nani complex for it walkable location to shops & a variety of restaurants, great pool and large swimmable beach area. Air conditioning was great in the bedrooms. The only thing I would suggest is air conditioning in the living area as it was very warm when the breeze died down.
We loved our stay in this VRBO!! The ocean view is even more amazing than the pictures portray. Also very roomy-it was great having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for our family of 4. The resort this condo is located in is beautiful and the pool is huge, never crowed and right by the ocean. The location of it was also perfect for our Kauai vacation-shops and places to eat within walking distance and a good central point to drive north and south. Our only complaint is the master shower has some leaking going on and the master bed box spring seemed to be worn down. Other than that, we felt like we spent a week in paradise at this VRBO!
Perfect for me, my daughter, and her 2 friends. Quiet complex, next door to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful views and easy access to warm, sandy beach with a rock shelter area for little kids to play too! If the beach isn’t your thing, a nice pool overlooks the ocean as well! Well be coming back and recommending to our friends and family.
I don't expect perfect conditions at a rental, but the main bathroom's shower door clearly has been leaking every use since it was installed. As a result, we had to mop the floor with towels after every shower, wring them out, and dry them on the lanai. The vanity's feet are rotted from the constant water damage, showing it wasn't just our mistake. The top of the vanity is not attached with any adhesive, so it shifts if you touch it (or grab it!). I won't list some other minor issues that are more or less "typical" for a rental property, but we felt these two were unacceptable condition. Beyond this, we had a good experience, as we've stayed at this same condo property before at a different unit. We do feel the property lacked some small personal touches that could help, such as a host book with tips on the area/things to do and an easier way to use the television (streaming, local DVD/Bluray collection, or any instructions+cables for connecting a personal device) if you wake up at an odd hour due to time zone differences. The property manager checked in several times, including before the trip, so communication was perfect. We just wish hope the bathroom is fixed for future guests.
We loved the location and will definitely stay again! Very close to restaurants, central location to tourist attractions, and there is a beach on property! The grounds and view are beautiful. Very easy check in process and lots of communication from the property manager.
Great except shower curtain in guest bedroom does not slide and falls off hooks
This place was perfect! Close to everything, a plus having the pool and ocean. Wonderful to have the BBQ grills to use. Beautiful and a wonderful stay!
