This air conditioned two bedroom two bath oceanfront unit is on the second floor of Kuhio Shores condominium located in sunny Poipu, Kauai. Fronting a sandy bay this complex has as an elevator and offers some of the best surfing, body-boarding, swimming and snorkeling available in Poipu. The interior of this unit is decorated with comfortable island living in mind and includes a Queen, two twins along with wireless high-speed Internet access to make your stay as comfortable as possible. With your private veranda, you can watch the sunrise while sipping your morning coffee, spend the day watching the surf or even looking for turtles or whales offshore, or even take in our spectacular sunset while sipping on your favorite evening cocktail. Having great restaurants and sandy beaches within a few minutes’ walk, plus the comfort, location, and price, this Kauai vacation rental is a great deal for any group or family looking to experience Kauai at its best.
Washer and dryer are located by the elevator and is shared with other guests on the 2nd floor. It is coin operated and guests are responsible for laundry charges.

Location , location, location
Excellent location and view
This was a beautiful place to stay very convenient location, you can also see turtles swimming on the balcony. My only complaint is you can hear everything upstairs. We tried to message the host and never got a response back.
Condo was in great location and very nice. Unit was updated and well appointed. Bedrooms were dated.
We enjoyed our stay at Kuhio Shores! The place was clean, the kitchen had everything I needed, and it was such a bonus to have beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, towels, etc). And of course, the view is to DIE for. I’d def stay again!

The view is spectacular, it was great being so close to the water, and we loved searching for turtles from the large balcony. It was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed, including coffee makers, pantry items like sugar for coffee, and even beach towels, umbrellas, and snorkels.There was plenty of room in the condo. The living room is big and comfortable, and the dining table is right next to the windows for a great view. The fans throughout the unit kept us very comfortable. The unit has AC but we didn't need it.Neither of the two bedrooms are on the ocean side of the unit, but the unit was so close to the water that the sound of the waves could be heard at night in the bedrooms.There are a few things that are a little dated and should be updated, like some of the furniture and the shower in the en-suite bathroom.Overall, though, we were super happy with the unit and look forward to staying there again. Garden Island Rentals was very responsive and professional on the couple of occasions we contacted them during our stay.

We all recently retired and chose to celebrate on the lovely island of Kauai. The unit was close to another we rented. It was lovely.

We appreciated the amazingly comfortable sectional in the living room. Having boogie boards, sand chairs, and umbrella available was wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bed was comfortable. Listening to the surf was soothing. We were able to watch sunrise and sunset each day from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this condo is perfect! Location is the best, the view mindblowing and the host has done it all to make it welcoming and including so many usefull amenities! Fresh flowers on arrival was a nice touch Mahalo
Unit is well kept. Manager is very responsive. You can see turtles playing in the water right from the balcony. If you surf, that is also right there. This was our second time at Kuhio Shores. We'll be back.
This location is unbeatable! Right on the water. The condo was great. It was decorated nicely with a cute, beachy vibe. It was clean and provided just about everything that you could possibly need. I will definitely stay here again! management was great and very responsive.
