Top Floor Beautiful Ocean View Studio

We had the most enjoyable stay. We had great communication with Heather, she was a wonderful host. The condo was very clean and we had everything we needed and more. Our favorite part was sitting on the lanai, looking out at the ocean, with the beautiful pool area and foliage. We were steps away from the Coconut Marketplace. They had free shows, hula lessons and lei making classes everyday. Our “once in a lifetime” trip was amazing because of our host and our wonderful stay. I highly recommend staying at this property!

Our Island travels always include a stay at IOB. We find the quiet, peaceful setting and the ability to greet the sunrise on the beach just a short walk from the door is one of the best ways to invite the spirit of Aloha. Khalid & Heather make this easy by providing a perfect place with everything you need for your stay. With all the relevant information provided before arrival, check in is seamless, more like simply walking into your own home. We will definitely be keeping this unit in mind for future visits.

The room is as described and the photos are accurate. It is very close to the pool and beach. Much of the stuff you would need for a day on the beach are on the patio: chairs, small cooler, boogies boards, snorkel equip, etc. The owners were very communicative and detailed with instructions. They even offered to let us check in a bit early since the room was cleaned before check in time. Not everything was perfect for us but not enough of an issue to deduct a star. The bed isn't very comfortable. We prefer a softer pillow top bed. This bed is very firm, which some people may prefer. The refrigerator is very small more a like dorm style, so freezer area is very small. It is only possible to cook in the microwave or toaster oven, there isn't much room for frozen goods that easily prepared. Not a big deal if you plan on eating out or using the BBQ grill at the pool.

Great central location. Unit was well equipped and clean. Heather responded promptly to all questions prior to our stay. She provided detailed instructions for check in , our stay and check out. We were pleased in choosing this unit.

This place had everything we needed for a short stay at the end of our Hawaii trip. Very convenient location for lots of things. Ocean view from the condo and the sunrise on the beach was awesome.

We had a quick 2 night stay and it was perfect. Owner’s communicated well with us and were easy to reach. Everything was just as described if not better. Great views, comfy bed, spacious room, and a very comfy feel in general.

What a beautiful property. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon at. The hosts were very attentive before and during our stay. The room has a comfy bed and a beautiful view off the deck for morning coffee. It was great to have beach chairs and towels available to take to the beach. Kapa’a is a perfect, central spot on the island and we loved the proximity to everything. Bonus coconut marketplace right nearby and Lava Lava Club next door. Thank you for a lovely stay on this beautiful island. We hope to return in the future!

This is a small, but quaint unit. I would rent it over and over again. Wonderfully appointed, great location, amazing owners. Everything exceeded our expectations. We will be back!

We enjoyed the location and amenities at the Vrbo, including the balcony, pool, beach access, and walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was a great place with everything we needed and a very enjoyable time! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great. The unit had everything we needed. We really liked all the beach items available (beach chairs, umbrella, etc.) Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the beautiful grounds and ocean was delightful.

We absolutely loved this studio property and all the facility amenities and convenient restaurants and stores so close by and within walking distance. This is truly a perfect place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. We look forward to a return again sometime soon.

We felt truly lucky to have found this place at an affordable price. It has a million dollar view and everything we needed was right there. We especially enjoyed the little tiki hut at the pool area that you can lay around and take a nap in. The condo was clean and well equipped. It was also very nice that The Coconut Marketplace and some great restaurants were very close. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.
