Hawaii Ocean View Condo SPECIAL is $175/night FOR a 2-3 wk rental & $149/night for 30+ day rentals - click on the Calendar for available dates.
It’s a 1 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms and it sleeps 3 possibly 4 (but the 3rd & 4th person will be using the blow up mattress in the closet & sleeping on the living room floor (perfect for kids).
I do have specials for fill in dates (check my calendar for dates available in between current reservations). Often times, I will discount the rate if you take ALL of the AVAILABLE fill in days. Fill in my available dates on my calendar & save some more money (from the already cheapest ocean view rates (2 miles from the Lihue airport, for a really nice condo) in the entire complex & a great location to all of Kauai's best sightseeing spots)!
MINIMUM stay is 2 nights!
It's cheaper to book through me than my Property Management Company. My nightly rate is $249 (2-6 nights - MINIMUM stay is 2 nights), $188/night (7 day min), $175/day for 2 - 3 weeks & $159/day for a 30+ day rental. There is an out cleaning fee of $200 plus normal State of Hawaii Hotel taxes (approx. 17.962%) with a $35 reservation fee!
VRBO does not have a feature that allows me to charge different rates for different lengths of stay. So, if you are booking for less than 1 week, there will be an additional charge. I ALWAYS respond quick to let potential renters know of this.
Vrbo charges approx. $200+ to the Owners for online bookings. I do NOT cover this fee as I ALREADY have the cheapest rental rates with a partial ocean view in the entire complex & possibly the entire island. I wanted to let everyone know of this fee before they book my unit. Also, vrbo charges this to every booking (not just me).

You won't find a better deal @ Kauai Beach Villas & if you do, show it to me & if it is a comparable property with a Ocean view I will MATCH/BEAT it!
The condo was painted, new carpet was installed & the front door was replaced all in the 2020. Let me know if any issues come up during your stay. We will do our best to resolve them ASAP!
It's in a PERFECT location for this 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a partial ocean view (from the bedroom & patio). 810 Sq. Ft. King size bed. If you have more than 2 people staying in the unit, they would have to sleep in the living room (either on the reclining sofa or on the floor on a blow up mattress which we do have in the closet). If you want a roll away bed, there is a extra charge for that (approximately $50/night). I don’t arrange for that service but I can give you a contact number previous guests have used.
Both bathrooms have showers. It’s 500 yards from the sand. Balcony patio area with dining table. Kitchen equipped with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. Included also is.....Central A/C (in the master bedroom ONLY which is brand new as of 1-7-2019), ceiling fans & portable fan in the living room to keep you cool, and a washer and dryer inside the unit.
This unit is nice. It is very clean & we take care of it (especially when there are any problems). I have a handyman that takes care of issues usually within 48 hours (in case the need should arise) or less. You'll have a great time in Kauai & if you read my reviews, I respond quick & I'm easy to deal with. I like my travelers/vacationers to be the same way! :)
A little about me......
I am a Mortgage & Real Estate Broker in Newport Beach & Palm Springs, Ca. I have owned this property since 2005. I love Kauai because it is NOT as busy as the other islands & it is way more laid back & friendly. The island pretty much shuts down @ 9p but that's ok because that's 11p-midnight California time anyways depending on the time of year.
I love renting mopeds when I we go & prefer that to a car. It makes you really feel like you live there but don't get me wrong we still very much look like tourists. I try to make it out to the islands at least once a year, but work & being busy sometimes stops that from happening. I just love the island lifestyle & one day when the kids are all grown up, I am going to live there on a more permanent basis. But for now, I just remember the good times I have when we go & can't wait for the next time!
The condo is close to Wal-Mart, Costco, and the Airport (all approx. 2 - 3 miles away).

Property was as described in the listing. We have stayed at several other units in different buildings at the Kauai Beach Villas for the past thirty years and enjoyed our time in Fred's unit. Fred was very co-operative and always answered our inquiries promptly.
Great place to stay. We really enjoyed the nearby beach and resort pool we had access to next door. There were beach chairs and a small cooler for outings. I would only recommend getting a screen door for the bedroom slider door. Fred is easy to work with. Everything was clean and comfortable.
My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful vacation at Fred’s condo! It was comfortable, welcoming, and felt like home away from home. Nice kitchen, spacious master bedroom! Enjoyed morning coffee on the terrace overlooking pond and water fountain! Fred was a great communicator and returned text messages quickly when we had a question! He provided a lot of information for regarding restaurants, shopping, attractions to see!! Highly recommend staying here..especially for the price!
Property was beautiful with easy access to any location on the island! Fred was great with communicating and was very helpful with some great locations to visit.
We were really pleased with our stay in Lihue. The condo was older, but nicely decorated. It was close to shopping and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. It had a great kitchen, if one is so inclined tocook.
Property had everything you’d need. Plenty of towels, sheets, dishes and Tupperware. Kitchen was completely stocked for a family that loves to cook, there was at least 1 of everything you’d need. The grills are a quick 30 second walk from door to grill. There was also beach chairs and boogie boards on the very large balcony. You can see the ocean from the condo, walk is like 2 minutes. Overall, a great place to stay for our family of 4.

Wonderful condo that easily slept my family of 4. Really enjoyed the full kitchen for cooking and washer and dryer for laundry. Beautiful location with easy access to the whole island. Kids really enjoyed the pool next door at Outrigger. Wonderful host as well! We will definitely be back next year!!
Only about 3 -5 min from the airport and beautiful vacation. Lovely lake and also views of ocean. Condo well stocked. Condo is a bit worn but very clean.
Only 2 minute walk to the beach/ocean. Ocean view from the lanai to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails. Enjoy the cool ocean breeze throughout this condo. Condo has everything you'll need to enjoy your stay. Convenient to all the places on the island and 10 mins to the airport. Comes with a free parking space. It's clean but can use some updating. 2nd floor condo requires walking up a dozen steps so be aware if you have mobility issues. Prompt communication responses from owner, Fred. For the price, this is a great value for a condo with ocean views and beach access. I highly recommend and will be back.
