Well stocked home in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to beaches and activities

Great location, convenient to beaches, quiet neighborhood, can walk to restaurants, nice large gathering rooms and kitchen. Also many beach items in garage in good condition. Home was very clean and comfy, would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This house was perfect for our group of six friends and one baby. Spacious and well equipped with anything you could need for a good time at the beach and exploring town. We were delighted by the snorkel equipment, beach cruisers, and even found a foam roller to keep up with our physical therapy routines. The sunset view from the upstairs balcony is incredible. Couldn’t ask for more!

Reviewer Comments: What we loved: The spaciousness of the home, lots of parking for 4 cars, great lighting, and air circulation. The backyard / grassy area was lovely for sitting outside together. We used the BBQ to grill veggies one night. The kitchen was well-appointed, and it was great to have two refrigerators. The dining table and the living room were comfortable enough for the seven of us. The area where the home is located is close enough to walk to the beaches. What could be better? When we arrived, the floors were still dirty, so our feet were black. We bought a floor mop and wet wipes to clean them ourselves. We also picked up new bathmats from Costco because the ones provided were so basic and slipped around. Additionally, the brown bathroom towels in the downstairs master bedroom were very musty-smelling after just one use. I would recommend they get thrown out and replaced. Finally, we still had to get in the car to Foodland, as the walk was farther than we thought. All in all, we had a wonderful two weeks. We did not feel the mid-term cleaning was necessary, as we are a very tidy group. The housekeeping charges were astronomical based on what we received, and I'm sorry to say that was the most disappointing part! It felt like a waste of our money.We had one need for a simple repair to a sink plunger upstairs. The response was quick, but we would have liked to have known, timing-wise, before the maintenance person came. The communication with the rental company was very good and efficient. We even received reminders for trash pick-up. Our favorite beach was Pu'u Poa in front of the 1 Hotel. Hanalei Bay is always the best for sunset! We also enjoyed walking around the area in the mornings. It is peaceful, and the neighborhood (and neighbors) are all very nice. We will likely choose a different home in Princeville next time the family gathers.

We had an amazing stay at this property in Hawaii! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. It was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect getaway for us to unwind. The location was great, and the attention to detail in the home really made our stay enjoyable. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation spot in Hawaii!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was really perfect for our family needs. Great neighborhood, farmers market, walking paths and morning coffee on the lanai with beautiful views.

The house was super well equipped with all the beach stuff you could need. The wagon helped us walk to Puu Poa beach, and the bikes were great for going to Hideaways beach. Without AC the upstairs bedrooms were pretty hot during the day and the floor fans in those bedrooms were pretty old and noisy, but that was not a big problem. We would definitely stay there again.

The home was well stocked with necessities, beach towels, and plenty of room for everyone. Walking distance to Hideaway Beach and Queens Bath which are amazing. Shave Ice galore and lots of snorkeling and swimming for everyone.

Lots of room for family members to spread out or congregate and still have privacy. Well appointed kitchen and bathroom amenities. Property is close to beaches and shops. Great spot!

Unable to get into house when arrived in evening. Unable to get ahold of property manager. Finally called VRBO and they reached property manager. We were told that we had recd info that front door key pad was broken even though we hadn’t. (Had recd all other communication)
