Beautiful Lae Nani Unit 112 Oceanfront One Bedroom Condo Coconut Coast Wailua.

The condo was well maintained and decorated nicely with great appliances and well stocked kitchen utensils etc.We will look forward to booking it again.

No I was told pool was heated pool it was NOT HEATED. It was cold when you went in and being so windy when you got out you were cold. Yes it was 83 degrees out but being by the ocean water was like ice.The owner told us Washer and Dryer....not true you had to take your laundry down buildings to coin operated machines you use your Visa card to pay. I was very unhappy and so were others that were told they had washer/dryer in condo. Owner needs to say "Coin Operated Facilities on property" very misleading.

Beautiful renovations! We have stayed in this unit several times. Loving the air conditioning and updates.

This was a wonderful condo with beautiful appointments. Everything was fabulously updated. The grounds were impeccably maintained. The pool was cleaned every morning, 7 days a week. Barbecue barbecue grill area was maintained daily. We couldn't have been happier. This property is centrally located close to all eateries in shopping.

This is a beautiful property. It’s nicely furnished; everything is fresh and there’s just the right amount of personal touches, pictures and books etc. The kitchen is well stocked, the shower is great and the bed is really comfortable. The apartment is ground floor so easy to get bags into and the rear patio area is yards from a pool and beach. The property is also brilliantly located to explore Kauai.

Unit was fantastic for our Hawaiian get away. Check in was seamless. Location is great with a walking path and amenities nearby. Fantastic beach access and pool as well.

Beautiful first floor condo with a pool side view shown in the pictures below. The additional half bath and air conditioning in the bedroom were nice additions. We had an enjoyable stay!

Property beautifully landscaped and maintained. Loved the location on the island. Enjoyed being on the ground floor near the pool and BBQs. Please note that AC is only in the bedroom. Only issue we had was addressed and resolved quickly. Will be back. Mahalo

Spent 6 nights here and what a great spot! Great facilities and lots to do right next door. If we are lucky enough to come back we will stay here again.

This complex is gorgeous and uncomplicated. The unit is prettier inside than pictured and the view is better too. We would definitely stay here again. We loved the Coconut Coast of Kauai for our home base and appreciated the heated sparkling-clean pool and easy ocean access at Lae Nani. Condo interior remodel was very nicely done. The pull-out couch was not comfortable and most of them aren’t. Wish owners would install Murphy beds when possible instead as in general they make for better sleep. Thank you so much Mr. Berg for making your beautiful piece of paradise available to other people. We thoroughly enjoyed our adventure. Mahalo

Great location, property was sparkling clean and recently renovated. Steps to the beach and pool. Lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance. Convenient to Kapaa, also north and south shore activities.

Perfect location in beautifully tropical grounds within feet of the ocean! Unit just has been remodeled and has it all. Walls of glass leading to huge lanai for magnificent views. The complex has a large pool (at waters edge) and BBQ’s for those delicious dinners you can make listening to the sounds of the surf! Next door is a beachside restaurant and bar with music daily and lounge chairs to sit back and soak in the surroundings as well as your drink! Perfect location for singles, couples and families! Shopping Center within walking distance for groceries and many eateries. Reasonable rates where you get a lot for your money ……. Don’t hesitate!

The location of this condo is perfect! We loved being able to walk next door to the Lava Lava Beach Club for entertainment at night. The condo was clean and had the basic necessities available. Peter was very responsive when we had an issue and had the problem fixed quickly. Some constructive feedback: it would be nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella available for renters’ use. We had family members staying in 3 other condos in the same complex; they all had beach chairs and umbrellas available for their use. Also, we used the pull out couch for our daughter, but there weren’t any pillows available for her use. Overall, we loved our stay in this condo and would definitely stay here again!

Well maintained grounds and relaxing atmosphere

We absolutely love staying at Lae Nani We have stayed a several times now. Peter’s unit has become our “go to”. The location on the property is the best for a 1br. Peter is also a terrific host, he is very quick to respond with questions or concerns. We can’t wait until next time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend it highly. The location was excellent: quiet, scenic, beautiful, secure, safe and strategic to exploring all of the island. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and maintained daily. The unit was spacious, modern, well supplied and very comfortable. The owners were very hospitable and good communicators. We give our stay an A+ all around!

I spent most of my time just watching the waves and looking out the window at the view. There was no A/C however we found we didn’t need it at all with the windows opened there was always a wonderful breeze. However, for those that may need it they offered several fans along with ceiling fans. The condo had all we needed and was nicely appointed. The sofa and beds were comfortable. Parking was a little hard to find but you can’t complain when you don’t have to pay the extra parking fees like everywhere else. We walked next door to Lava Lava and had a bite to eat and also took walks to the Coconut Market a few times as well as the boardwalk. We saw several seals sleeping on the shore. We also enjoyed using the grills out by the pool. They had lounge chairs throughout the yard that were available to use which was so nice. I also enjoyed walking the property with all the beautiful landscaping and the breeze coming off the water onto the property.

Other reviews tell you what a wonderful place Lae Nani is and how nice this unit is. Since I use a walker, I'm going to focus on accessibility here. The unit is on the ground floor with no stairs and handicapped parking as close as you can get (still a little walk). The front door, sliding door to the lanai, and the shower all have a small step over. There is lots of space in the unit, lovely furniture and not too much of it so you can get around. Kitchens are the same in all the units I've stayed in, small but manageable. The pool is in front of the unit so easy to get to. I recommend this unit for people with some mobility difficulties.

This property is the best bang for your buck! Super clean, right on the beach, lots of small shops and restaurants right next door. It’s literally everything you could ask for! Additionally, it’s right in the middle of everything g from north shore to south shore, not too far of a drive at all! We loved our time here!

Very enjoyable and well equipped There is a coin operated laundry onsite. Grounds and pool are well maintained.

This was the perfect place to stay with our two year old daughter. She had space to play and be outside, and we were all very comfortable. It was in good condition and had plenty of additional things to make our stay enjoyable.

Overall the stay was great, just appalled during the end when we were told to take out the trash, strip the sheets, and clean the unit before our departure to relieve us from “charges”. Also our paper stated check in was at 3, but wasn’t allowed to check in until 4. Other than that the view and location was magnificent.

This place could not be more perfect! Such a great deal!
