Two pools, full kitchen, beachfront complex, walk to shopping/dining in Kapaa

Well equipped.

The condo was nice but it isn’t the best parking.

The location was extremely convenient. Coffee, shopping and restaurants all were very close. Most of which you could walk to. You can see the sunrise from the balcony which waa awesome. No complaints at all! When I needed to communicate with the property they were extremely responsive. I only had to contact them to ask a couple of things but both times they responded within the hour. We were definitely stay here again. Looking to plan a trip with our kids next year and will be looking at this property for sure.

Lovely apartment which was well equipped. On a beach which was great for viewing the sunrise. Close enough to Kapa'a town to be able to walk. All in all, a great place which was value foe miney

This property is in a very central location with access to shops and groceries. If you're looking for a budget friendly (2 bedroom) option with a full kitchen its perfect. Some things to consider are that there is no AC, there is no laundry, and no towel service (you wash what they give you). Also the unit is right off the road and since there's no AC you need to keep the windows open - you will hear every truck and car and siren throughout the night. We did not sleep at all the entire time we were there.

Just a be aware that this condo does not have AC and the laundry is about an 8 minute walk. Since the window in the master bedroom needs to be open all night you will hear ALL street traffic for most of the night, including sirens. But if you need a budget friendly place to be, especially for a 2 bedroom this is the spot.

I’ve stayed at this property before. It has all basic necessities as a home. Full kitchen, living space 2 bedrooms. There’s a pool. Home is stocked up. No ac but if you open windows the natural breeze is all you need.

Very hot inside.Couldn’t open lanai door because screen wouldn’t open or shut.Carpet n floors were filthy turned our feet black.Wrote them about screen doors and they said if I would of told them sooner they would of sent maintenance.Well the manager and housekeeping should of inspected the unit before guess arrived.Wont be using Kauai Kahuna again

Very nice place. Great area. There was no ac so a little warm but they did have fans that helped some. The couch pullout bed was not so comfortable and every time my husband moved in the night it woke me up cuz the bed was nosy. But really is was a plesant little place and enjoyed our stay.

The location is great. Walking distance from many shops and restaurants/food trucks. Comfortable beds, clean space and peaceful.

We enjoyed our stay here. It has some shops and restaurants across the street which was convenient. The beach was at the rear of the property. Pretty central location for a drive to north/south coast.

The bedroom had a good king bed, but the "other room" had a horrible pull out couch that was a back ache and a half. It might be ok if you're traveling with smaller kids, but is inadequate for adult sized people. On the positive side, it had a decent kitchen setup. Check in and communication was good.

The location is excellent. The people of Kauai are the most hospitable people in our country! We came to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, and totally enjoyed our time.

Not what we expected at all based on listing. Was hoping for beachfront access and views from the property. No designated parking spot in the lot, had to park under the trees and hope to find a spot due to construction right there.

Right screen door needs slide repair, internet kept malfunctioning.

Disappointed to find a pullout couch in the bedroom and no air conditioner

So close to groceries and restaurants. Right on the main road, but not loud/busy. It was a wonderful stay and I will book again!

Overall the stay was okay. I feel “steps to the beach” might be misleading and even dangerous for some. I’m a seasoned traveler and have been to Hawaii many times and grew up fairly close to beaches. The beach this unit is steps to is definitely not ideal for beginning swimmers or people who are not aware of the power of the ocean. I knew this was a possibility when I booked but kept an open mind. I’d still like to warn future travelers. The sink faucet was missing buttons to switch to spray mode. The dishwasher wasn’t useful at all. We ran it once and it barely did anything, and then wound up washing everything by hand. No recycling cans on the property that we are aware of. It’s weird that so many other units have a reserved parking space but this unit does not. This is disclosed in the listing but I found it odd that some units do have a space but some don’t, It also appeared to be the only unit without air conditioning in that building. The sliding screen doors were both coming off the track. They were not able to fix that right away but assured me they’d have it fixed after I leave. They were prompt in responding. This was our 1st visit to Kauai. The condo was, clean, roomy (lots of closet space/no dressers) and centrally located with stores nearby. We didn't have assigned parking so had to park on the access road but was able to find parking fairly easily. Unit was close to the beach and there were nice lounge chairs to relax in. You are only allowed one towel set per person for the whole visit or pay a $35 per load laundry fee. We were there for the week and elected to use a laundromat close by rather than pay the fee. When I go again I will chose a unit with a washer/dryer and pack lighter. Tub did not have a grab bar and the anti skid material on the tub floor is worn off. Definitely a safety hazard. There was no a/c but we went in May so ceiling fans and stand alone fan were more than adequate. Television is a Roku so if you are not familiar with that it may be a challenge. Also Internet connection was intermittent had to reconnect multiple times every night. The unit was quiet with exception of traffic and neighbors upstairs in unit above us. You could hear every footstep, the child running end to end and chairs being pulled out. Don't call the front desk for anything as they do not manage this unit. The rental group was helpful and responded to texts and phone calls. Overall we had a great time for our first visit.

We husband and I stayed here with his sister and her family. It was in a great location. Very clean and check in and out was simple. Definitely recommend this property.

This unit is not only close to the main highway with large trucks starting at 4am, but also backs up to a large condo development parking lot with food delivery trucks, lots of cars, car alarms, beeping locks, etc. I only saw one comment about noise in the reviews, so maybe people are not bothered by this. The issue is that the master has single pane slat windows that do not "seal" against the noise. We used both fans and a noise machine to try to drown out the noise. The unit itself was fine, nice to have a dishwasher and balcony with table and chairs, and the bed was fine. Management was responsive. If you are sensitive to noise, this would not be a good unit for you.

Nice location in Kapaa. The condo offers two pools and is a short walk to the beach.

Overall convenient location and perfect for our stay! However, a washer/dryer would have been a nice addition since there are hookups available. Also, parking is limited

The perfect condo for a relaxing time in Kauai. Convenient location to a grocery store and restaurants. A beautiful beach is a short walk away where we saw monk seals basking in the sun and we were able to play in the waves (no lifeguard so cautiously of course). For the small kids there is a lovely pool, although it was too cold for the old folks ;) The condo’s lanai felt private and tucked away. Everything was clean and tidy and well maintained. Just all around a lovely condo and a lovely experience.
