Oceanfront, Stunning Designer Masterpiece now Includes A/C

This place was absolutely amazing. The ocean views from every room were breathtaking and made our stay feel extra special. The home was very well equipped with everything we needed, including beach and snorkel gear, as well as a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils. The atmosphere was incredibly tranquil so peaceful that falling asleep felt like listening to the Calm app all night. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing getaway and would absolutely stay here again.

This condo on the North Shore of Kauai was absolutely amazing! The attention to detail was incredible. The decor is a perfect blend of old Hawaiian charm and modern touches. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a Keurig coffee maker, plenty of dishware, bowls, pans, sharp knives, a juicer, and Tupperware for packing snacks to the beach. From every room in the condo, you can enjoy breathtaking views, there’s even a pair of binoculars to watch the whales breach in the waves right outside your door! Every room has a TV with an Apple TV, and there are beach chairs, beach umbrellas, snorkel gear, beach towels, yoga mats, games, and books available for your use. We loved the privacy of this unit - it felt like having our own private front yard with plenty of outdoor seating. Everything was well thought out, well maintained, and simply beautiful. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Beautiful place, outfitted to every possible detail!

Our week was wonderful. Views are spectacular; we enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the patio; the kitchen is well-equipped; the living area, bathrooms and bedrooms are all beautifully decorated and just as they appear in the website photos. We definitely will come back here!

Incredible time, property was perfect!

Immaculately decorated and maintained, this condo is cozy and comfortable! We loved the back patio views and rainfalls. We found the beds to be so comfortable! My husband and I spent three nights with our kids aged 10 and 2.5. We had all the beach things we could want for use, which made it even more enjoyable. Nothing is really a far drive away from here. Highly recommended and would easily stay here again!

What an incredible place--it might be our new favorite on Kaua'i!! We stayed the last few days of trip in this gorgeous place and it exceeded our high expectations. The condo was clean and as pictured, the instructions/house rules clear, and the view breathtaking. We loved the one story building and the feel of privacy! Amazing place with amazing views. Pictures do not do justice. Its super clean, decorated perfectly, stocked with all essentials. You feel like your in your own private home. Relaxing and comfortable. You'll have constant visits from chickens, Nene's and abundance of birdlife and of course oceans views from every room. Plenty of parking, no stairs. Cannot say enough good things about this unit. Owner has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and she is very quick to respond to any questions you may have.

The “cottage” was amazing! Charming, beautiful comfortable and had all we needed. It was such a wonderful experience for our first time using a vacation rental! We said that if we make it back to Kauai, we would rent this again and would have no desire to even leave this beautiful property to go anywhere or do anything else on the island. When we arrived, the area had a power outage and once back on, we couldn’t get the tvs to work. We sent a text and Suzie and Andy reaponded within a few minutes. Andy resolved the situation virtually for us very quickly and in minutes they were up and running.The view is gorgeous, the lanai has ample furniture to relax on, and the view from both bedrooms and family/kitchen/dining area are stunning. Very nice place!!!!

Beaches in princeville are secluded and lovely.. but hard to get to because of limited parking spots

Kauai Haven is an absolute gem of property and home! My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. We loved waking up to the beautiful sunrise, hearing the birds sing, and enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio. To toasting on the patio in the evening surrounded by the lush landscape and garden lighting. With the comforts of home throughout and beautiful decor, no detail was sparred. We truly appreciated the available beach chairs and umbrellas for our time at Hanalei Beach. Such a special place, we look forward to our stay again...Mahalo!

Outstanding Location, Floor Plan, Rear Lanai, Host & View. Minor Improvements Needed Include Decaf Coffee & Tea Keurig Pods; Coffee Creamers; Grab Bar In Shower A Must For Better Safety & Some Small Lunch Bags. The Light Controls Difficult To Use In The Dark. Overall A Stupendous Place To Stay!

The property was perfect. It was very well equipped .Lots of beach toys, umbrellas ,boogie boards and chairs. Short ride to Hanalei Bay and shopping. Got to see whales from our back porch. The master bath is unreal. We all loved our stay.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay! The view of the ocean is amazing and the condo has its own little secluded grass section. We enjoyed sipping wine and watching the sunset each day. The condo also came perfectly stocked with everything that we would ever need kitchen wise, bathroom wise, etc. We made a couple of wonderful meals! Also loved the main bathroom! It has a huge walk in shower and a large tub which was great. 10/10 would stay again!

From the easy check in, timely response to any communication from the host, to the beautiful location and furnishings, we were so pleased with it all. The rental was so clean and designed so that each bedroom had a view of the ocean. The host also accommodated us on our early check in and also late departure. Definitely recommend this stay! This is an outstanding property. The pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen was fully stocked with items you did not know you needed! Wow. Loved that there was a backyard to sit and watch the sunset in the evenings. It was easy to locate and the surroundings were just beautiful. Definitely a winner!

We’ve stayed at several units at Alii Kai over the years and this was by far our favorite. We loved that it was a stand alone cottage with no one above or below. It’s meticulously decorated and clean as a pin. The AC units were a wonderful addition and it was very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beach equipment was well cared for and in good shape. The next time we are back in Princeville this unit will be our top pick!

The minute we entered the property, we felt the spirit of aloha. Accommodations are pristine, kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. Great nights of sleep and beautiful mornings overlooking the ocean. We even saw a pod of dolphins swim by and the binoculars provided were a great touch! Would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful condo with a wonderful view. It was furnished with everything we needed. Parking is close and there are no stairs which we appreciated when bringing in luggage and groceries. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and hope to return in the future!

Beautiful, clean, quiet, hosts were so helpful…

Our accommodations were perfect in every way!!!…. Everything in the property was exactly as described, and all communication from Suzie was superb!!!… Whenever we’re back in Kauai, we’ll be staying here!!!

This condo is the perfect place to stay for people who enjoy serenity and peace. If you like to watch the waves crashing on the cliffs, glorious sunrises and the Milky Way at nights I would highly recommend you to stay in Suzie’s condo. You will find everything you need for your relaxing stay in this nicely decorated in costal style cozy apartment. The view from the windows in all rooms is amazing. You can walk to Turtle Cave and to Sealoge Beach and snorkel there. I also recommend Anini Beach for snorkeling. We found out that the AC in the master bedroom was making noises. Suzie informed the maintenance people about this problem, but they didn’t show up during our stay. However, we were turning AC off at nights and opening the window in the master bd enjoying fresh breeze from the ocean. Again, Suzie, thank you very much for sharing your amazing condo with us!

The cottage was exactly as the pictures posted. So adorable. Clean, beds comfortable and a beautiful view of the Ocean from the living room and bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. We will definitely be back.

If you are looking for a place that is clean, newly renovated and furnished w/ top of the line everything...and with amazing views and location then look no further. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay and have zero bad to say. Just a lovely property that has everything you need! We look forward to coming back again in a couple years!

This condo was great! It feels like your own little cottage with an incredible ocean view. It is very nicely decorated with many amenities. It was very clean and comfortable. The area is very nice and safe. Very walkable. Princeville and Hanalei are close by with shopping and dining and beautiful beaches. The host is a good communicator and very responsive. Note: Not sure how long it will last but the road to Hanalei is currently one lane with scheduled times that it is closed. It is inconvenient but you just have to plan your outings in that direction. Not a big deal.
