The Point at Poipu is an oceanfront resort on the southern tip of Kauai, offering spacious 2-bedroom villas with full kitchens and home-style amenities. Guests can enjoy a 7-night stay with arrival on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Rates are based on garden or island-view villas, while ocean-view or oceanfront villas may be available depending on selected travel dates. The resort overlooks Shipwreck Beach and features lush landscaping, a fitness center, gardens, and a relaxing pool area.
Please note that the “Request to Book” feature is only a reservation request and not a confirmed booking. Kindly do not purchase airfare until you have communicated with us and your booking request has been officially accepted.
Late Arrival / No-Show Policy:
If you expect to arrive after midnight, please contact the resort front desk in advance to avoid cancellation. Arrivals after midnight on the scheduled check-in date may be considered a no-show and could be canceled without prior notice.
Effective January 1, 2026, the Hawaii Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) payable at checkout is:
- 2 Bedroom: $21.15 per day
To reduce contact, mid-week housekeeping service is temporarily unavailable. However, additional towels, linens, and toiletries are available upon request and will be delivered outside your door for contactless delivery.
Smoking Policy:
All suites are strictly non-smoking, including electronic smoking devices. A $500 cleaning fee will apply for any smoking-related damage inside the suite.
Please note:
- Room location, views, and early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability at check-in.
- Minimum age for check-in is 18 years old.
- Pets are not permitted, except for certified Service Animals.

Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID matching the reservation name, along with a credit card for:
- A $200 security deposit
- A daily $40 plus tax resort fee
Cash deposits are not accepted.
