My husband and I enjoyed our stay immensely the grounds are beautiful and location perfect if you do/don’t want to go anywhere else on the island, because Kapaa is in the middle whether you want to head north or south. Nearby restraunts are great! The ABC store has good coffee and hot deli food including prime rib. Shopping was awesome I loved the boutiques. Food land is not too far and has the best poke on the island. We loved getting in the pool and hot tub every night. Our room had a full kitchen and laundry which really came in handy. We can’t wait to return.
Staff is over the top pleasant and always helpful. Excellent place to stay, units are located right on the ocean. However with marketing these days the 1 BR on the water became a 2 BR facing the other units. The receptionist said, “Oh there is a pool of condos and we just give you one out of that group” I call this False Advertising !!!!! It was our 30th anniversary
Great location in Kapaa and kids loved the pool. Unit was clean, but a little dated and beds could really use new mattresses.
