Ocean and Mountain Views - Spacious Cliffs 5-301 - 2 BR/2 BA

Our family of 5 was very comfortable at this wonderful condo. It was very clean and well located. We had a nice view of the ocean and the jungle and had plenty of room. The condo is very spacious, bright, and well decorated with comfortable furniture and good quality touches. It is right next to the pool which gives a nice sound of the waterfall from the pool. We thought it might be too noisy next to the pool but it wasn't, closing the sliding door in the master bedroom was good enough. The condo does not have AC but in January with the winds that wasn't a problem. The kitchen had all the tools, bowls, and pans we needed to cook. Very happy with the kitchen supplies. A few things to be aware of: third floor walk-up, no AC, right next to pool, no child extras (like high chair, etc). We were very happy with this unit and would definitely stay here again, it was like a little oasis.

Our code to get into the facility was buried deeply into my junk folder, even though the rest of the correspondence came through fine. We had a late evening arrival and though the daytime front desk were very helpful, the evening lady on duty didn’t help at all. There was an emergency number she could have pointed us to and saved us a lot of hassle. I also recommend bringing/buying paper products like paper towel and maybe plates. The dishwasher was not working and 6 people we spent more time than we’d like washing dishes.These small things did not by any means ruin our wonderful experience. Kaua’i is beautiful and this company does a good job if you communicate our needs.

The place was adequate and just as pictured. The master bed was a little hard for our liking. There is no AC and being from the mainland this was problematic for comfort and allergies. The unit did have extra chairs, a cooler and the complex was nice. There was a parking fee of 15 per day, plus tax that we were not told about before arrival.

Condo was nice but i would ask that you keep all window coverings closed for check in. The condo was so hot because the sun had been shining in all day. Once we got the doors opened and the breeze was much better.

This was a beautiful spot - great views of ocean and plant life. The chickens were fun to watch - the roosters kept us on our toes and helped us get up in the morning. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed this property so much last time we stayed that we returned for another great visit. The unit is clean, bright and spacious. The only negative is the occasional noise from people at the pool but we didn’t let it bother us. It doesn’t have air conditioning but you don’t need it - the ocean breezes are perfect.

We loved everything about this property. We were originally booked at another property nearby but were notified last minute that the other property was undergoing construction. The rental agency allowed us to cancel without penalty and moved us here. We were so glad they did. We had a great week here at the Cliffs at Princeville and would book this unit again in a heartbeat!

Didn’t think it could get any better, to our surprise the condo has been refreshed and it’s very tasteful with cool blue hues and island decor. Not sure if it’s the owners or KVR but the toilet paper, paper towels and extra soap (dish, laundry and bath) was much appreciated for our 12 night stay. The spices in the kitchen came in handy for those few dinners prepared- we were sure to replace and left our boys 2 boogie boards for other kids to enjoy. My wife and I decided to stay in the North Shore and the Cliffs 5-301 was the perfect place four our stay. First off, the place itself was amazing with a ton of space, all the amenities we needed for our stay and was super clean. 5-301 has great views of the ocean and mountains and was perfectly located to hiking, beaches and sites we visited in the North Shore but also manageable for when we visited the South and East side of the island. The rental even included a cooler, beach umbrella and chairs which came in clutch! Overall, had an amazing time in Kauai and can't wait to make it back and would consider this place again for sure.

Place was perfect for our family. Nice to have a cooler and beach chairs. Kitchen had most thinkings we needed to cook. Close to many great beaches and hikes.

We were very happy with the condo-warning, it is up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator. It is well maintained and everything we needed was there. The grounds were beautiful, but the pool was too cold and hot tub was smokin hot. Overall, a beautiful location, nice place to stay with great amenities.
