On the first Saturday of each month, Old Kapaa Town throws itself a party. There are lots of crafts, local foods and music. The festivities start around 6:00 and start winding down around 9:00. This monthly event is lots of fun, and is well-attended by locals and visitors alike.

The area is amazing and walking to town was great. The unit was ok; it is dated. The pull out couch/bed is very uncomfortable and because, unusable. There is NO air in the bedroom; bedroom window backs up to the stairwell. There were 3 pods for clothes washing machine that is community laundry room, not in unit; more pods were declined additional pods. This includes washing own towels. There were only 2 rolls of TP for 8 nights. Would stay on the property again, 100% but with a unit that has good amenities.
Beach front and whole activities in the resort I enjoyed a lot
This is a really nice condo. Everything you need is supplied, plus there are some extras like beach chairs and towels, and eco-friendly sunscreen. Great location: there's a clear view of the ocean, and it's within easy walking distance of Kapa'a.

Great location and perfect for what we wanted/needed. My husband especially loved the access to the bike path and used it daily. The view from the balcony is beautiful.

Really great location to a lot of food and activity options in the Kapaa area. Clean, friendly and busy yet relaxing. Walking path between resort and ocean is fantastic. It extends a long way. We walked over 5 miles one day. I would recommend again.
