A Welcoming Beachfront 2BR/2BA, Vacation Home, W/D, AC, STEPS TO BEACH!

Excellent location right on the beach and footpath. We walked everywhere. Great food options in town and a fully appointed kitchen. Loved all the beach chairs, towels, and umbrella.

Unit is lovely and the beach is just on the other side of the yard. Access was easy. Hosts were proactive to make sure we were set up and had what we needed.

The host was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. The property was well stocked with everything we needed, including lawn chairs, a cooler, and other thoughtful extras. We had a great stay. We loved the path along the ocean to walk and run. And our view of the ocean was fabulous to look at every morning.

Dave and Nancy are great! They made everything so easy and helpful it took the burden off of us with no worries at all on the property. They are very very responsive and gave us tips and pointers when asked-fast. Everything about the property is well thought out, even a spice rack. We used the kitchen a lot and for us after a tired day was very helpful to have all the conveniences of home. They extended our checkout time because of a late departure and provided “last day” suggestions. I will stay here again on my next Kaua’i trip. Thanks Dave and Nancy!!

Beautiful condo, location, and owners. They were very responsive, kind, helpful, and informative. They even mailed back a lost item of ours. The condo had all adminities and we loved the bike path!

The property fit my party of 5 well and the location was very convenient. We loved being on ground floor ocean front. We appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach towels available for our use. The sofa bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked perfectly. We also appreciated the laundry soap and having easy access to a washer and dryer.We couldn’t find a dustpan to help manage the sand but made do and it was nice to have the vacuum available. We used a bucket full of water on the back patio to do an extra foot rinse before coming indoors and that helped manage sand as well. We didn’t utilize the resort amenities during our stay but they seemed nice as well. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed our few days at the ocean view condo. Dave & Nancy were very receptive to anything we needed.

Had some small issues, and the property owners were fantastically responsive. Overall, the property is very comfortable and steps away from a great sunrise watching spot. The beach chairs and other items available for use were a thoughtful addition. We enjoyed our stay.

This place was amazing. Great location and the unit is probably the best location in the complex. The owner is always available for any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

Kapa'a is a great town and the condo is in the perfect location if you plan on seeing the entire island. Communication with the owner was immediate and she even allowed us to check out late since our flight wasn't leaving until 9 pm. I can't wait to come back and I'll definitely stay here again!!

This property is excellent for a family vacation with young children! There is ample room to play, and Baby Beach is within walking distance. Kapaa is a great town with virtually everything you need and is within walking distance of the condo. Susan is a great host. One of the fans wasn't working, and she had a worker come out the next day to fix it. We couldn't be happier with our selection, and we will definitely be coming back next year.

Condo is exactly like the pictures and as described. My family had the best vacation and didn't want to leave.

Had a great stay. Steps away from the beach and shops/restaurants within walking distance. Owner had quick responses to my questions and the place was clean and ready ahead of the official check in time. Definitely recommend and would stay again :)

We were 3 adults in the condo. We loved that it was ground floor and litterally just steps from the ocean. We listened to the sound of the waves every day and night. The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The host supplied bathroom basics, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, hair dryer, kleenex, Q-tips, cotton balls. The AC units worked well although we only used them once or twice due to humidity.. Thhe host was very easy to communicate with and allowed us to stay for a late checkout since our return flight didn't leave until 9pm. Our only disappointment was that we didn't get to see the canyon or the Na Pali coast due to a storm arriving. Other than that it was a fabulous trip. We went to Hanilei several times, but alas, failed to see Puff! Mahalo Susan for sharing your condo with us.

We stayed here for two weeks….. a great location for access to all activities on the island!

This was a fabulous place! Very clean and welcoming by staff and host! Many amenities were available and everyone was very friendly! Nice pool area and great walking paths!

Perfect spot for a family of 5. Lots of room. Would stay here again.
