See & Hear Ocean! Stroll to the beach! Secluded yet conveniently located!

This place is great. It has a wonderful view, great layout, clean and VERY WELL stocked. Host was very quick to answer any questions I had. Easy in and out. Quiet area of the island but within 10-15 minutes of the airport depending on traffic. Also, access to Outrigger pools--great especially if you have kids. Or--a nice little pool and hot tub that had little if any people in it while we were there.

We enjoyed our vacation in Kauai. The location was great. The view was beautiful and the condo had everything we needed.

Everything was clean and included anything we could need. We ran out of coffee and Judy came right down to get us more. Great mattresses and an amazing view. The only thing that could be added is pen and paper.Highly recommend.

Ocean view

The condo was beautifully furnished and appointed with everything you could need! It was clean and the host was very accommodating and helpful. Access to both the beach and the amenities of the adjoining hotel hugely enhanced our fun! The view was the star of the visit. My only slight disappointment was the construction on the building next door. Not pretty and sometimes loud, but I understand there’s not really anything be done about it. We would definitely come here again!

This is a lovely, spacious villa that has a nice kitchen area that includes a counter with bar stools for socializing while cooking. The sunrises are amazing on the beach and if you enjoy hearing birds out your window, this is the place to be! The property is also centrally located for access to stores, restaurants and excursions. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back.

Good location.

Fabulous location and spectacular view. Morning coffee on our lanai which had a breathtaking ocean view. The pools were super fun and easy to get to. Loved playing family volleyball in the pool! Short trip to town shops and restaurants and only a few minutes from the airport. Beds were super comfy and it had all the amenities you need- towels, chairs, snorkels and kitchen items!Loved it and will be back!

The condo was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped. There were plenty of things in the kitchen and other places to get us started with our stay. Coffee pods, paper goods, spices and many other items were provided. The wifi was reliable and cable access was good. Access to the hotel pools & hot tubs were great also. Judy was a great host and communicated well before and during our stay. We would stay again and highly recommend this condo for up to 4 people.

This was a great home base for our stay! Comfortable and the a/c in the bedrooms are a must for sleeping at night. The view for morning coffee or just relaxing on the balcony was amazing and the access to the pool areas was great as well. Highly recommend this condo

We have four adults staying at this property and it was everything as advertised. Plenty of room for everybody to sleep and hang out both indoors and outdoors. Walk to the beach was very short walk, and it was great having the resort next-door where you could utilize their pools as well. The location of this property worked perfectly to help travel easily to the north or south of the island.

Planned this trip to celebrate my son’s fortieth. The location was perfect for exploring the island. The younguns hiked while us oldies explored by car. We really enjoyed evenings in and morning walks on the beach.

Property was just as it was listed. It had Great views , was furnished with comfortable beds and furniture and all the supplies she furnished was great. We didn't need one thing! We loved the location , it was so quiet at night all you heard was the waves hitting the shore. Would stay here again. Thanks Judy!!!

Excellent location, very nice condo, spacious and well stocked. Comfortable beds, lanai with beautiful view of the ocean. Quiet location and close to everything.

This place is in a great, central location which makes it easier to get to attractions throughout Kauai. The condo itself is very well furnished with an organized kitchen that makes it easy to quickly find the items you need. We loved watching the sunrise/sunset each morning from the the lanai, and the ability to walk the beachfront whenever we wanted without having to drive. The pool area is beautifully landscaped, and we really liked the light dinner menu at the bar. Great place to stay!

Very nice time, everybody was super friendly.Access to the Outrigger’s pools was a bonus.Unit was well stocked with cookware and utensil's, would definitely hope to return sometime in the future.

The condo was perfect for our family vacation! The view from the lanai is spectacular! And just a 2 minute walk to the beach to watch the most beautiful morning sunrise. The air conditioning units and fans in the bedrooms as well as high quality mattresses made sleeping very comfortable!!! What a bonus that you had pool towels, beach chairs and coolers. They were all used and very appreciated!!! Next time we are in Kauai, we will definitely stay here again!

Picture is exactly the view from the condo. Judy, the manager of the property was quite helpful and knowledgeable about the island must-sees. When the dryer stopped working, she was right on top of the warranty company and didn't let them push her off to the next week. She even dried towels for us and offered to dry any other clothing we had. The kitchen had all the working amenities we could ask for and use. Paper towels and soap were also provided. The resort grounds were beautiful. I was sad to see so much washed up plastic waste on the beach but there was a lot of beach to walk for sure. There were some locals possibly living in the brush within view of our condo but they were eventually rousted out by the local police.

Property was dated but nice. We had an ocean view and it was wonderful hearing and seeing ocean on balcony. The two buildings in front need something done. They can’t be occupied right now and are a bit of an eye sore. Location was great for all of our sight seeing. Pool area was a bit of a walk from our building but it was nice. Chicken everywhere and they were beautiful!!!

This place has the BEST ocean front view. We sat on the lanai all the time! Walk to Starbucks in the morning, near vacant beach right out front, with beach chairs provided. You can walk 1-2 miles on empty beach to get your exercise in. AC in bedrooms worked fine at night to sleep cool

Loved our stay! Everything we needed in the condo, perfectly appointed with extra touches, very clean and comfortable. Judy was very attentive to our requests. That view is amazing! Location was perfect for us. We will return!

My husband and I and another couple both celebrated our anniversaries in Kauai. I would highly recommend this condo. Everything was just as described and we were very impressed with all the little extras. So many places we go to these days do not have extra amenities and we end up having to buy paper towels, toilet paper, dish washing soap, etc., they also had beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling gear. Was so nice to have all these things for our use. The best part of this place…the view… Amazing! Mahalo!

We (all nine of us) stayed at Kauai Beach Villas in two condos. Six of us stayed, five years ago, and loved it so much we went back a second time. The ocean view is breathtaking, the condo is fantasticly equipped with a regular size refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, keurig coffee and full pit coffee machine, air conditioning in the bed rooms, four swimming pools, Outirgger Shutters lounge for dinners etc…. I can’t say enough about the place. It is a perfect location to stay to explore the island. Thanks Judy for your attentiveness!

This condo is exactly as listed. Clean and nice view from balcony. Location was convenient for us. The resort next door was a bonus. Parking was easy. Access was easy. Judy was a text or phone call away if needed. Would stay here again and would recommend. (Family of 4, with 2 teens)

The location was great for proximity to the airport, beaches, and shopping.

This was our first time on the island. The location was great for visiting the north or south part of the island. We spent a couple of days at the condo lounging around, walking on the beach, and swimming at the resort pool. The unit had everything we needed!

Our family of 4 had a blast in Kauai and this condo made it all the better. Well stocked with everything we needed. Centrally located for trips to the north and south sides of the island. Amazing view from the lanai including sunrise. Access to the Outrigger Beach Resort pools (kids enjoyed those). Great beach for strolling or taking pictures (too rough to swim). Brand new Weber grills just outside the condo (we cooked burgers twice). We could not have been more happy with this rental. Judy (property manager) was very helpful and always just a text away. Things we enjoyed in Kauai: - Jack Harter Helicopter tours (we did the doors off tour and it was amazing). - Koloa Zipline - THIS WAS A BLAST (go full dangle) - Anini beach (best snorkeling) - Hanapepe - Poipu beach for snorkeling - Brennecke's beach (great boogie boarding, rent boards just across the street) - Na’Pali coast hiking - we did the 8 mile hike to Hanakapi'ai Falls Food: Duke's, Da Crack, Kauai Brewing Company, Wishing Well Shave Ice (this one was the best, we went twice), Puka Dogs

We really enjoyed the location. Was easy to get to anywhere on the island and the pool access was very nice. Great view from the condo, beautiful sunrise each morning and ability to listen to the waves all day.

We’ve stayed in many different units but this is by far our favorite! Beautiful view and updated unit!!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay here. It is exactly what we wanted in a place in Kauai. Falling asleep and waking up each day with the breeze blowing in from the ocean. Incredible view and spacious condo with everything you need. Just perfect.

This was a great property for our family of four (adults). Plenty of space with nothing missing for sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean, pools and stay in meals. Clean and well appointed. Owner is local and took the time to reach out due to potential noise concerns associated with building maintenance. Great location and unit, thanks!

We had two large lift machines outside our lanai every day, making outside building repairs. Noisy. Had to keep sliders closed, preventing enjoyment of breezes. The location was great Island is beautiful.

Beautiful property and view, the best location on the island. Amazingly quiet. Spacious, clean, updated condo with everything you need. Property manager was easy to access and happy to assist with even the smallest requests. Pools and amenities were lovely. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We were immediately impressed with the ocean view from the balcony of the second floor unit. Next was the spaciousness of the living/dining room and the kitchen. The bedrooms were large and the bathrooms although small you didn’t feel crowded. The beds were comfortable and everything worked. The kitchen was well furnished with cooking and dining ware. The resort is 15 minutes from the airport adjacent to the north-south highway in Kauai. It is set back and there in no road noise. Five miles to the north are groceries, stores, pharmacy, and restaurants. The resort is well maintained as evident by the daily work of the landscaping and pool crews. There are gas grills beside the building. The Kauai Villa has it’s own small pool – somewhat private, you also have access to the water park facilities at Kauai Beach Resort. There is a children’s pool with water slide, a volleyball pool, adult pool with waterfalls and two hot tubs. While there is an ocean access, it is not safe to swim due to the protruding lava stones. Being centrally located you are within an hour drive for any tours/activities you may schedule. There were no major negatives with the resort or rental unit. We would rent from them again.
