It’s in a great location where you can see everything on the island without being in the car the whole day. Great place to stay for kids, and the condo has absolutely everything you could need for beach days. Bedroom having AC is a major plus, it worked great and kept the bedroom so cool. We can’t wait to come back to Kapa’a Shores!

The place was clean which was nice but we would not return due to the people upstairs. They stomp around from 6 am to 12 pm waking us up and every morning at 6 am the man is screaming racist profanity. He’s spiting off the balcony on the birds when we are sitting on the patio all while blasting his tv shows on his tablet we could hear them word for word.

Not too bad of a place for the age. Siding and roofing construction going on right now can be a bit noisy. Not exactly handicap friendly unit with only stairs to the front door and the back slider door would be very hard to open for somone with physical disabilities. Plenty of parking and location was a plus. Kitchen was well equipped. The shower was problematic with the valve sticking on one temperature usually hot. It was not a one off issue and it happend the whole week I stayed there. I emailed the property manager about the issue after I returned home. They tested it and found it is now miraculously working properly which is not a surprising response considering the cost to replace that valve. As a paying customer though that expects basic plumbing to work it is unacceptable.

Close to the airport and centrally located between North Island options and South and West island options, it made planning easy. The lockable front screen door could be opened to create a nice breeze through the condo, keeping it cool. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies for cooking. Loved having laundry steps away. Parking was plentiful. Safeway is a walking distance, as are a Starbucks and a Shave Ice option. Great week!

Wonderful sunrises. Great location! Don't over pack, everything you need is close by.

Adequate features. Unit was somewhat dated, but had what was needed for a nice vacation. Property management company was excellent to work with, very responsive.

This was a great property! We selected the property because it was centrally located to all the activities we planned. The property is on the eastern point of the island so we saw beautiful sun rises with our coffee each morning. The resort has a nice and well kept pool with hot tube that we used a number of times during the visit. And the property grounds are well maintained. We would stay here again on our next visit to the island.

Very clean. Amazing views. Has everything you need. On the beach and by the pool. Walking to stores. The staff is OUTSTANDING. Claire was polite, professional and helpful. Highly recommend. Owner takes pride in ownership. Great for family with kids. Had a great time.

This place was exactly what we were looking for! Very clean. The reason for my 4/5 overall is because the furniture is a bit old, I prefer white linens just to make sure everything is clean, and there was no full length mirror. The beach stuff is a bit old but it works. The unit has everything that you need! The patio is a dream. My son had the best time watching the sunrise every morning. We had an amazing experience and will be back!! Customer service and communication with the property management was exceptional. They are so sweet! They really made this a dream vacation.

Issued the small print concerning air conditioning. Air conditioning was in the bedroom only and the machine was as tall as I am 5 feet and the noise was unbearable. There was no other air conditioning in the rest of the condo and it was 95° when I got into the condo and it remained that hot! The condo faces the ocean but there was not a break of air or trade wind coming into the unit. It would be a great place if the owner would install ductless air units in the bedroom ,kitchen and living room . I paid for the unit for 5 days but left after the first two days to find a resort with air !

Loved the property location. Living room furniture could be replaced however, we were not inside much. Take quarters for washing machine and dryer. Highly recommended. We plan to rent again.

Reviewer Comments: B118 Ocean view stands out as a vacation rental as this location is literally steps from the ocean to experience the sounds of the waves and experience each new amazing sunrise! The location is perfectly situated between Princeville and Poipu. Condo is nicely decorated and very inviting and stocked with normal kitchen items.

Great location for easy accessibility to the rest of the island. I appreciated the first floor location and nearby walking path that I walked morning & evening. Hearing waves on lanai and daily sunrise were highlights. Conveniently located close to Safeway & Papayas (health food store), as well as coffee shops, restaurants, all within walking distance. Kitchen well equipped and had everything I needed. Great stay!

The bedroom is on parking lot as is the window. Drunkards banged on door at 1am and then there was a group of guys playing rap music in parking lot. We did not sleep and stayed in the living room during the rest of the night. A horrible situation. The owner cordially responded the next morning and allowed us to leave the next day without cancellation or penalty fees. They even offered another location but we wouldn’t have been able to use the stairs. So we left and found another place. We are asking for a full refund.

The property was a little dated but EXTREMELY clean & maintained. The ocean views were wonderful. We really appreciated the beach chairs & towels. It was a great location & we would stay again for sure.

We stayed for 8 days in early February. We loved it. Despite being on the "main drag" our unit was quiet and the access and views of the ocean made us think we were entirely alone. There was a crying baby above us for 3 nights and we could hear her clearly. I think it would have helped had we used ear plugs or the noise machine provided. Generally though there aren't very many children here. The kitchen was equipped with everything imaginable. Even a coffee grinder! We saw magnificent sunrises nearly every day. The grounds and proximity to the ocean deserves 10 stars! We plan to return.

There were many great things about this rental but location and cleanliness were the two that made the biggest impression!
