After a year-long restoration project, we are thrilled to present KBay Hale! Hawaiian Pidgin for The Kaneohe Bay House, every inch of this property has been lovingly and thoughtfully restored to present a modern but casual Hawaiian experience. 30 Day minimum stay per Honolulu County Short Term Rental Laws.
The space
Enjoy the seabreeze, spectacular views with a large deck offering both a lounge and dining area. There’s even a space for your yoga practice. The sunny backyard features a Weber BBQ grill, perfect for an evening dinner of stargazing and a glass of wine.
Gourmet kitchen awaits with a cappuccino, espresso, latte machine for the coffee connoisseurs in your group. The living space displays the works of local artisans to complement a modern Hawaiian decor with a hint of bohemian zen style. Colors are serene and neutral and comfort is the standard. Wall-to-wall windows flood the space with natural light.
With 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath and an outdoor shower, there’s space to comfortably accommodate 4 people. These two bedrooms share the large hall bath. Memory-foam Casper mattresses are featured on each of the beds.
In an effort to accommodate our most sensitive guests, we have opted to create an allergen-free environment. This means there is no carpeting in our home and a purifier/AC in all rooms. Also just installed a luxury massage chair to wind down in after a long day at the beach.
Other things to note
There’s an amazing hike called Friendship Garden right up the road, 5-10 minute walk to the trailhead. Very easy hike to a complete 180 degree panoramic views of Kaneohe Bay!Parking on the driveway can fit two vehicles tandem parked.
