Built in 2016, KaMilo 329 is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath single story resort home. The Hoku B home model is the largest available floor plan in the KaMilo community with 3,529 sf of living space, including 627 sq. ft. of covered outdoor lanai space. This single-story detached home features a private solar heated pool and hot tub along with fully retractable pocket doors that create seamless indoor–outdoor living, perfect for enjoying the island lifestyle.
The open-concept floor plan includes three spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in the main house. Unique to this design is a detached guesthouse (Ohana) with one bedroom and an en suite bathroom. The primary bedroom, second bedroom, and Ohana each feature a king-size bed, while the third bedroom offers two twin beds. For ultimate comfort, all bedrooms include flat-screen TVs and private bathrooms. A sofa bed in the media room accommodates two additional guests.
The home is beautifully furnished with designer pieces in a crisp, modern tropical aesthetic. KaMilo 329 is located on one of the most private rows within the community, offering lovely views of the golf course and surrounding mountain landscapes.
For larger groups, guests may also rent the neighboring four-bedroom home (KaMilo 331), providing two side-by-side luxury vacation homes that truly check all the boxes.
**Guests of 329 will receive exclusive membership benefits to the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resort Collections Wellness Center and Tennis Club. Guests will have complimentary access to the private lap pool, fitness center, locker rooms, pickleball and tennis facilities. This exclusive partnership with the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resorts Collection, is offered to only a select few vacation rental properties. Membership valid through October 1, 2026, must be renewed annually by the property owner and may be discontinued without notice.

Needed deep clean. Towel rack off wall in bathroom. Not enough towel racks. Some maintenance and bug issues
Pool was excellent. Grocery store nearby. We enjoyed the beaches. Petroglyph trail, Waimea Christmas Parade, climb to the waterfall and pools, black sand beach, beach walk around the Hotels and the pool! Kitchen is a great size for a group of 10. Would stay at this home again. Thank you!
Great stay! Only wish the main sitting area had a TV instead of the little area (Super Bowl Sunday) and a day or two the pool vacuum wasn’t cleaning the bottom, so there were leaves and debris which discourage the kids from jumping in, but when it did work the pool was great!!
Had and great time
Excellent place to stay for multiple adults and fully wheelchair accessible. We never felt like we were on top of each other. Being able to open the whole back wall to the outside really made the space spectacular. We enjoyed cooking and gathering together and never felt crowded with 8 adults and two children, one being in a wheelchair.
We have stayed at 4 different houses in Kamilo over the last few years, and this one was the most disappointing. First of all, a house in Hawaii near the beach and that is big enough for 8 guests, has NO beach equipment or toys. This is the only house we've ever stayed at that did not supply anything for the beach. While there is the beach club nearby, this beach is small with no waves and can get boring after a few times. Hapuna Beach and the Mauna Kea beach are beautiful beaches, but if you don't have any chairs, blankets, or boogie boards, then it is not as fun. Second, the property advertised as being brand new construction, but there is very obvious wear and tear on the house so I don't think that is setting the right expectation. The property is also advertised as having designer pieces, but the furniture and bed linens seemed to be low quality and a lot of it had stains and marks on it. There was also an ant problem in the kitchen, bathrooms and detached bedroom. We love staying in Kamilo and love the location and I hate not being able to give this property a great review, but I feel like we were expecting a bit more based on the description and our previous experiences in Kamilo.
Amazing property, new house, beautiful! Would stay again.
Our family group of 7 loved staying in this home. We all had room to spread out, but be together when we wanted to. The kitchen was lovely for preparing meals, though the freezer was out the entire time we were there. To their credit, South Kohala Mgmt. brought in a freestanding freezer for us to use. Our grandsons, aged 6 and 9, loved the pool in the backyard, and the patio was a great spot to relax and watch the goats on the golf course. Would recommend this home for a great family vacation.
This house was lovely and extremely livable for our family of 8 including 2 small children. The casita was perfect for the couple without children and who liked their area much cooler than the rest. I loved the way the glass doors going out to the lanai pushed completely to the side allowing the inside and outside to merge as one space. The view was lovely and the children loved the hot tub and pool. The house was very clean and well maintained, well appointed, and well furnished with necessities such as laundry detergent, dish detergent, etc. It was so convenient. We found it very easy to cook in and the grill was great. We found the location to be very convenient and loved everything about it. I would stay there again and highly recommend it.
