Kailua Beachside: Charming beach house steps from the white sands of beautiful Kailua Beach. Nestled in a large, private garden property, enclosed by stone walls with palms, banana trees and beautiful tropical gardens. Very safe and fun for kids, great for families, with lots of room to roam and hang out. The large private outdoor shower is everyone’s favorite.
3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths make it comfortable for 6 people. Living room, TV/reading den and laundry. Outdoor patio with table, chairs for 8 and large umbrella right outside living and dining. Fully equipped for cooking if you want to do your own, and minutes from Kailua Town if you want to eat out. It’s a short walk to the local favorite Kalapawai Market for coffee, or Buzz’s steak house. Or leave your car behind and explore Lanikai on the bikes.
Wake up to gentle tradewinds in the red bedroom, with corner windows and stunning views of the sunrise through towering coconut palms. Enjoy the charm of the blue room with traditional Hawaiian vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan and large windows. Tucked away on its own with a full bathroom, a private patio, a/c and glimpses of the Ko’olau Mountains, the mango room is the largest bedroom, with both a king and a twin bed.
Every room has views to the garden and windows that open to tradewind breezes. Comfortable tropical-themed furnishings and art are tasteful and cool. Treat yourself to your own piece of paradise near one of the best beaches in Hawaii.

Great 3 bedroom - 2.5 bath + great outdoor shower and outdoor patio. One bedroom + bath has window unit AC that cools great. Breezy throughout rest of house, especially evenings and nights. 5 minute walk to beautiful Kailua beach. All kitchen amenities, washer - dryer, fans, beach toys, cruiser bikes, parking, fenced beautiful backyard.
What a perfect location! Only a 2 minute walk to the beach. My family thoroughly enjoyed spending the holidays at this cute yellow cottage. It was a short trip to Kaneohe where our daughter and son-in-law live. It was comfortable and relaxing. The beach gear was top rate. We enjoyed spending time in the beautiful yard. My daughter and I even worked out in the yard early in the morning. The only suggestion would be to perhaps a newer coffee pot would be nice. We will definitely consider staying here again.
Kai Nani is a fantastic home in Kailua that met our every need during our stay on Oahu. The property is spacious and well appointed, and a short 5 minute walk to one of the loveliest beaches in Hawaii. The manager, Uta, made sure everything was prepared for our arrival and was in touch all along the way. I highly recommend this property and hope to return soon!

Beautiful and well maintained.
Great property for young kids. Can’t beat the location....less than 5 minute walk to the beach which is beautiful and not crowded at all, 3 minutes drive to restaurants and stores or you can easily bike anywhere. This place has all the amenities you could possible need. Uta was super responsive and on top of everything. The washer needed servicing while we were there but it was repaired quickly and no inconvenience to us at all. It was incredibly hot during our visit so the only thing that would have made it more comfortable was if they had AC in all the bedrooms ( AC only in master bedroom). Otherwise, wonderful stay!!!
Everything here was amazing. The property is just beautiful. You can spend hours in the backyard itself. Location is a block from the amazing beach. Walking distance to town and shopping. The property manager makes sure everything is perfect. The only thing missing was an air conditioner throughout the house. We stayed when the trade winds had died down and the humidity was horrible. A wall unit in each room would have helped. But overall just an amazing place to stay
My family spent the week in this charming house in Kailua. There were four of us. It suited our needs perfectly. The house is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable and it was stocked with an endless supply of crisp white towels. It’s the perfect location with only a short walk to the beach. Something we did everyday! I highly recommend this house if you’re looking for a relaxing get away. We can’t wait to go back!

This is our third time here. We love the home and have already booked our next year’s stay. Walking to the beach and a spacious yard are wonderful bonuses.
