Fantastic Beach Front Villa

The beauty with this property is by far it’s location! The beach is absolutely perfect! Residential are, not crowded, fun waves. The house itself is acceptable, needs some loving but the main areas (kitchen, pool area, lounge area) are comfortable and practical. Pool and hot tub are definitely a plus! Theres a new bbq too so that came in handy!

Perfect for our extended family. The pool and hot tub were a real treat as was the proximity to the airport. We would definitely return!

Property was located in the best of locations in Kailua, house accommodated our extended family of 10. Highlight was the pool/hot tub, we were in it two or three times a day. We'd come back with a large group for sure.

Second year here. Location is the best. Lanai and pool is an ideal place to relax with the family.

First, I selected this property for Its location and it’s private pool. The beach is incredible as is the cleanliness and the size of the pool and hot tub. The check in process was not so good. The gentleman was nice but had body odor which never makes a good impression for your family. He also didn’t explain the TV operation which was complicated. They use Roku and it worked in some rooms and others it didn’t. I brought an Apple TV and tried to make it work in the master bedroom and never could get the input to switch over (there were 3 remotes for the TV - I’m not stupid with TV operations either if that’s what you’re thinking. It was just very strange). The kitchen had everything you could want to cook so if you stay here take an inventory before you head out grocery shopping. We didn’t cook anything but breakfast. The town had one or two decent restaurants but if you’re wanting something good be prepared to drive to Honolulu. The biggest shocker was the air conditioning. Perhaps this is normal on Hawaii but they just had those wall units and there weren’t enough of them, especially in the master bedroom and bathroom areas. We only had my wife and kid so I can’t speak to the rest of the bedrooms except to say that like the rest of the house the decorating was lacking. They had plenty of beach toys which was nice. The washer and dryer came in handy. Certainly could use more than one old chair on the master bedroom balcony to watch the sunrise. I’m summary without the beach location and quality of the pool I wouldn’t recommend staying here regardless of the cost. I paid a tremendous amount and I expected the house itself to meet my expectations which it did not. If you have a large group and just want to chill on the beach maybe this is worth it. For smaller groups looking for a house that reflects the cost I would look elsewhere because without the beach, pool, and pool area this house is just accommodates several people and has a nice kitchen.

This property is absolutely amazing! We enjoyed every night of our stay and all the amenities that came with the house. Access to the beach is convenient, and it’s great for spending relaxing time or playing in the ocean. The sand is wonderful and free of rocks. When we didn’t feel like playing in the ocean, we could relax in the pool or hot tub. The home was spacious and provided us with everything that we needed during our stay. It truly was a dream vacation, and we would return to this property in a heartbeat!

My family and I (my husband, two sons, their wives, and two grandchildren) thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful, well-appointed, spacious, comfortable and filled with amenities. And the beach is private, MAGNIFICENT and, literally, in the back yard. Moreover, the manager and staff were beyond-responsive to our needs and extremely helpful in every way. I highly recommend it as an EXCELLENT venue for a happy family vacation!

Superb location, important features of home worked perfectly such as air conditioning and internet.. Kitchen well sized and outfitted with lots of cooking utensils. Lots of bed linens and bathroom towels provided. Pool and outside patio area was a huge plus, well designed and private.. Highly recommend and properly priced the experience offered and found.

When I was looking online for a house to rent for our first visit to Hawaii, this house stood out to me. I am so glad I rented it! The home is even lovelier than the pictures make it out to be. This is was the most well stocked home I've ever rented and we couldn't have been more pleased. The location is absolutely perfect and watching the sun rise directly in front of the house was serene. Perfect communication with Joan prior to and during the rental. If I ever get the chance to return to Oahu, I will definitely be renting this home again!

The location of this home is as good as it gets. Privacy and beach access was great.
