Area very clean. My husband really liked the cookware skillet is especially for her breakfast. Enjoyed eating several meals on the lanai while watching the surfers, beautiful sunsets. Very comfortable & well appointed accommodations. Interesting book collection about Hawaii and very informative. Location close to beaches & market places and town easy to get to.

Hosts were friendly, communicative, and helpful. Nicely furnished apartment with good amenities. Great view of the ocean. Nice neighbors too!

Everything about this stay was great. The hosts were welcoming, the location was great, and the rental was impeccable and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the neighborhood and our view of the surfers from the lanai!

The view from the lanai was fantastic. We ate out there everyday enjoying the view, and watched the sunsets. Parking was easy and convenient. The condo itself was very nice and had everything we needed. The host was helpful and communication was good.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was exactly as advertised- very clean, well supplied, comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony reading or eating while watching the waves on the rocks. Niki was very available, making sure that our stay was perfect. We didn’t need anything from them but we knew they were just a phone call away if needed. I would highly recommend staying here for a quiet, relaxing, and beautiful home away from home.

Everything was super. The location is a very short drive from town and Magic Beach is a short walk away.The condo was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The owners are the best and helped with whatever request we had. Thank you!

Condo was clean and spacious and the communication with the hosts was easy, quick, and helpful. Bed was comfy, parking easy, and view from the lanai was a treat! Walking distance to magic sands was a bonus. We'd definitely return again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Niki & Christian's condo in Kona! We especially loved the location outside of the main village - it was perfectly quiet and very well located to two the best best beaches in Kona. The condo was well stocked and everything we needed we found. We especially appreciated the beach towels and beach chairs. Will definitely choose to rebook for future trips! Property offered exactly what you would want to have for a relaxing, enjoyable time with opportunity to participate in activities on the Big Island. Owners are exceptionally caring to ensure all is perfect in the condo. Communication could not be better. Highly recommend.

Me and my wife were very pleased with our honeymoon stay here. Our hosts were very polite and made sure we had everything we need. The AC is nice. The property has a very nice balcony looking over a little bay. They also have an umbrella, snorkeling masks, and beach towels in the room. The kitchen was a big plus and had lots of utensils and dishes for us to use. We would definitely stay here again!

Stunning sunsets, beach gear at the ready, and generous hosts. We walked into a clean condo with everything we needed and the outdoor gear we didn’t know we needed like beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. Mahalo!

A surprise cancellation of our original vacation rental left us without accomodation just a few weeks before our trip. What felt like a minor disaster turned out to be our great good fortune. Niki and Christian's condo was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable and spacious, equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our time on the Big Island to the fullest. Loved the blues of the decor, the wonderful art work throughout, the ocean views from the lanai - couldn't have been better. The location was great for taking daytrips around the island - north to the Kohala coast and south to the volcanoes park, as well as many beaches in-between. Communication with the owners before and during our stay was excellent. We would highly recommend this spot.

Enjoyed the spacious lanai with direct and close view/sound of winter storm waves crashing and surfers. Appreciated the layout of the condo with washer/dryer and half bath as well as the spacious master bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. and I loved the mirror wall when standing at the sink I could see the left side of the cove wave action as well as looking straight out the front through the lanai doors! So great! I was glad I found this condo with elevator.. We had a wonderful time! Oh and we appreciated the beach chairs and towels too

We had a fantastic stay Christmas week. The condo has an ideal location. Great views watching surfers in the bay during morning coffee. Nice morning walks along Ali'i Drive. The property managers were great communicators and the set-up within the condo was well appointed.

The condo was in a convenient location for us for all the things we wanted to do, as we got to explore the entire island. We enjoyed the lanai every morning for breakfast, watching the surfers enjoy the winter swell that came in a couple days after our arrival. Very comfortable stay, thank you for hosting us!

I had a great time staying at Christian and Niki's place. There was great about communicating all info I needed ahead of time and are very nice people! I loved my view of the water and it was awesome eating dinner outside on the patio and watching the sunset everyday. I also enjoyed being able to go for a walk every morning on Alii' Dr. It's in a great area to get to downtown Kailua-Kona or to drive to any other part of the island. Magics Beach Grill close by had an amazing view and awesome food. Something to be aware of is that the air conditioner is in the front room/kitchen. I need air conditioning to sleep at night so I just had to run a fan from the living area and in the door of the bedroom (through the hallway) to get the bedroom cooled off enough for me. That may not be an issue for others and I still absolutely loved their place! And a bonus is that it was very affordable compared to many other places I looked at.

The condo has a great view of an area where people surf daily, sitting on the deck with coffee in the morning and watching the surfers was so cool. I loved hearing the waves while having dinner on the deck. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Snorkel equipment beach chairs provided. Location was great, little out of the town so it is quiet but close enough to get to everything quickly. Niki, the host, has great quick communication and gave perfect dinning suggestions. I would stay here again and again!!!

Loved the location as it was private and quiet but still close enough for a quick drive to downtown waterfront. We had the pool area pretty much to ourselves the entire week we were there. The ocean is just across the street where you can watch surfers and there are a couple of swimming beaches located a short drive south. Mornings out on the Lanai are spectacular. The condo is clean and communication was great. Will book this condo the next time we go to Kona.

Christian and Niki set the bar high for the other hosts. Everything you need is there, and even more. They thought about everything. The place and the view is amazing. The pool is really cozy and quiet.

This has best one of the best units we have ever stayed in. The listing described everything to a tee. Our host was wonderful and checked in periodically. The pool was well maintained and super clean fresh water….what a joy. I hope this hidden gem will maintain its high standards in the years to come for we plan to visit again next year..

Niki and Christine’s condo is convenient and quiet. I got great sleep and watched some beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is well appointed. The host expectations are reasonable and the hosts were responsive and proactive in reaching out to see if I needed anything. Just delightful. I came to Kona to rest before a busy work season and this space checked all the boxes. Hope to stay here again.

We love that the property was near the beaches. The property was very well kept it had everything you wanted while on vacation. We truly loved that the property was especially close to the airport.

This wasn’t a vacation trip, I was helping my sister move from WA to Kailua-Kona. This condo was the perfect respite at the end of a long day of details. The nightly sunsets from the lanai were calming & gorgeous. The condo itself had everything I needed to relax, take care of myself & do my best to enjoy as much of the trip as I could. It was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet and the assigned parking was excellent. It was perfectly set up for an easy stay. The ONLY thing I can think of to add is a live-in masseuse ( just kidding). I hope to come back to visit soon with my hubby, this just an ideal place to stay!

This condo is lovely with a beautiful private lanai overlooking the ocean. It's located conveniently out of the bustle of downtown Kona tourist district, but it's a pleasant 2 mile walk. The apartment has everything you'll need and is just yards from a local bodega with food and beverages you can prepare at home. I hope to stay here when we return.

Breathtaking views and peaceful quiet. The landlord communication and property were phenomenal. Better than any we've been in before.
