This spacious unit offers beautiful natural light, an open floor plan, lush garden and ocean views. This two level condo has been upgraded with all new appliances and furnished in casual and comfortable style. Walk across the street to the beach for whale watching (Nov-May), watching sunsets and turtle spotting!
Kahana Villa is a resort situated between Kaanapali and Kapalua. There is a white sandy beach just steps from the condo that offers swimming and snorkeling. Sand levels can vary depending on the conditions. The resort amenities include a pool with hot tub, gas BBQ area, and tennis courts. This resort is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. There is plenty of parking with no additional resort or parking fees.
This condo is just minutes from the world famous Kaanapali Beach, Napili Bay, Kapalua, and Lahaina
During the winter months North swells create a wash away effect on the sandy beaches. The summer months bring South swells which help bring the sand back to the beaches. The resort has placed sandbags along the shoreline to protect the beach from further erosion.
With two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, this condo is perfect for a group or family. The open concept floor plan offers plenty of space for entertaining and dining. There is a four person dining table and bar seating. You will find beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and more inside this home. The fully stocked kitchen features modern appliances and granite counter tops. In the large living room flat screen TV, complimentary WiFi, and cable. The master bedroom features wonderful ocean views, a king size bed, large flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and TV. The guest bathroom features a tub shower. For added convenience, this condo comes equipped with new front loading washer and dryer.
Dish soap, laundry soap, hand, body, and shampoo are included.

The location is nice as it is right across the street from the beach. For us, we had other family staying in the condos across the street, so that's why we chose this location. When I booked this place months and months ago, the owner was very responsive and seemed to be the one managing the place. I think that might have changed because I tried to contact her prior to our stay with no response. I was actually worried we wouldn't have a place to stay because the last review that I could see was from 2019, and when I asked for her phone number for COVID testing requirements, she never responded. Anyway, the place was nice. It just wasn't great, and it's the little things that can make a big difference. Beach chairs were somewhat broken..not all the way, so most were usable. The beach umbrella was totally broken (found that out after lugging to the beach and attemptingto set up). The A/C is only downstairs, so with a loft, doesn't quite help upstairs. Hawaii can be quite hot at night so opening the windows doesn't always work. My teens ended up sleeping on the pull out couch so they could keep cool. It bugged us that the water filter on the refrigerator needed to be changed and the dishwasher stunk...bad. Other than those small things, the place was nice, clean, and in a good location. I guess I just prefer to rent from owners who are on top of their properties over management that just checks general boxes off when they check on a place, but don't check important details.

Really enjoyed your property! Plenty of room for 4 adults to relax, especially on the lanai where we enjoyed the morning rainbows. Fully stocked kitchen and beach supplies. Wish our stay was longer - maybe next time:) Thank you!
Very comfortable, clean and great location. Close to great beaches, walking distance to amazing restaurants. Condo contained everything we needed, including beach chairs, toys and boogie boards, etc.
