We pride ourselves on not being your typical tourist hotspot, and while having a car is convenient, it is not necessary. Beach access is just across the street, and within a few minutes' walk, you'll discover "S" Turn Beach, where you can observe sunbathing sea turtles. Enjoy year-round ocean activities, as they are a norm in this area.

Parking was easy and assigned. The main elevator went out of service a couple of times during our stay, but there was a second elevator to use. Hot water was also shut off for a water leak repair during a day of our stay, but the property management communicated this and it was of no fault of the host. AC was good in the bedrooms, and we had a nice natural breeze through your stay and didn’t need it often. Host was very friendly with great communication. The location was wonderful with several beaches and restaurants within easy walking distance. Would highly recommend!
Very comfortable nice place to stay. If i come back to Maui I will definitely use this place. Nice and convenient area. Love that there is a little general store bow as well as Dollies Pub where we got some pizza and few drinks. Miso Phat sushi was also great. The owner was responsive to my annoying questions which was great ! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!where we got done
We enjoyed the ocean and sunset view from lanai of the condo, the place is really clean and has the supplies needed for beach! great place to stay and would love to stay here next time when traveling Maui
We had a great stay at Joe's condo. It was very conveniently located, and Joe was very responsive and helpful in his communication. Any issues he was quick to rectify. The unit had a soft and hard cooler, beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards which were extra helpful.
The unit we stayed in was perfect. The price was the best on the island and we had beach and sunset views. The area is quiet and it was easy to settle down and get some good sleep. There is only ac in the two bedrooms, so the kitchen was hot when we needed to cook. That was the only negative If you want to call it a negative because for us it wasn’t. We spent most of our time outside exploring and trying all the food trucks anyway. The drive up here is great. The devastation from the fires is seen which will break your heart but it gives you a strong desire to help more in the area and spend as you can in local restaurants to help them rebuild.
