I was cute and quiet and great location
We loved the location of this property and got amazing sunrise and sunset views. It was well stocked with various items we needed in the kitchen and for the beach, though these all need to be updated. However on the negative side, there is no AC in the living areas which made it extremely hot inside even with all the fans and windows open. The appliances and furniture also need to be updated as they are older. Overall, the stay still was a pleasant one but my partner and I walked away with a new found appreciation for modern air conditioning :)
Great place, loved it. Exactly as described and a wonderful location. Only thing to be aware of is that there is only AC in the bedroom. We saw this in the description and planned for it...it was fine. Thanks so much!
This second/top story. one-bedroom is in a terrific location with wonderful ocean views. The lanai is a great place to hang, day or night. The kitchen is stocked with more utensils and appliances than my home! Easy access parking. Although it would accommodate a family of four with small children, it would not be suitable for four adults. There is a free-standing AC unit in the bedroom; no central AC. It got a bit toasty in the afternoon but you can go cool off in the pool, which is a short walk away. I would stay here again.
What are your objective? It is a great View. Quiet Condo. The lowest price with a good view. Comfortable Bed. Everything you would want in the kitchen. The owner keeps the price low vs. Other condo that are the same at Suite Paradise. If you want a new Kitchen. new Carpet. New Furniture; then the owner most Likely will raise the price for the cost. Now I am only assuming. I don't mind the humidity in Hawaii; But some would. The A/C is mediocre ; but electricity is Super expensive in Hawaii. California is the exact same rate as Hawaii in electricity. So if you want to come back for wine on the balcony or breakfast in the morning this place is great. It is nice that you have TWO balconies. One Balcony looks towards the sea on the Green-belt. The other balcony is off the master bedroom overlooking large plants . Quiet and Not near the parking lot like a lot of other condo. Would I return. Yes. As long as the price is low; if it goes up; No. Hawaii. Kauai. Poipu is expensive. At least for me. But coming here is a real treat.
Quiet and near the beach, shopping and good restaurants. The condo has a lot of space but without air conditioning in the living space it gets really warm on the upper floor. It's a good condo, interior is older and could use some updates.
The apartment is wonderfully located, with a great view down the central lawn and walkway to a small piece of the sea and waves. Furnishings are comfortable and a bit more elegant than many vacation spots. It was hot and stuffy when we arrived but once we opened all the louvers, there was almost always good airflow and a pleasant temperature. We would return here if it is available in the future.
The condo is beautiful and the property grounds are so nice! The location and view are amazing and a close walk to the beach. We used the pool every day! Everything was well stocked, including beach chairs, umbrella and coolers. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative was the A/C unit in the bedroom needs updating. Overall the place is clean and the views from the balcony are beautiful!!
The location was great and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans and utensils. The bathroom needs updating. There is A/C in the bedroom, but not the rest of the house which made it very uncomfortable. Even with all the windows open it was very warm. We spent the majority of our time out of the condo. In the early morning and evenings you would get a nice breeze if you sat on the deck. Close walk to the beach, pool, tennis and a gas grill which was nice.
Location and comfort
Enjoyed our stay. Well equipped kitchen, even though we had carry out for the most part. Nice proximity to local beaches in southern Kauai, as well as good location of the condo itself within the complex (near the tennis/pickleball courts and pool). Could walk to nearby restaurants and coffee shops if desired and many within a short drive. Only caveat is that AC is a floor standing model and only located in the bedroom, none it the rest of the condo. Apparently the majority of condos built in this era had no central AC. Just something to be aware of as it can get a bit muggy given the climate.

A very nice condo with a view of the ocean. It is well equipped with kitchen appliances. It is in a great location, close to restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. I would stay there again.
We have stayed in many condos in Kahala, Poipu Kai, and this one had the best view of the ocean. Sunsets were beautiful and a short walking distance to the beach, two restaurants and the Grand Hyatt made for a spectacular location.
