Misleading pictures online, showed brand new looking the first unit we were assigned was an old run down condo on the main floor, we were met by Roosters, Dirty Carpet, Crumbs on the Mattress, Peeled Paint, Shutters that were stuck could hardly open for privacy and to see the ocean, old wood for a security bracket on the sliding doors.I can go on and on. The lady who checked us in cared more about being on her phone than helping customers who pay her salary. I went to the office the next day and the second lady was fabulous , she moved us to a beautiful unit that was modern, 3rd floor view, like we paid for, unfortunately we could only stay in the unit for 5 of our nights, so that meant we had to move to a 3rd unit. 3rd unit move , the lady at the front desk ( not the nice lady) the initial lady, could of cared less about our situation, she was out right rude Broken toaster Wobbly fans 25 year old carpet Loose sink faucets Utter disappointment I would never ever recommend this place Bait and switch
Great location near Lidgate park and WAILUA golf Quiet location except the roosters. Ha. Convenient to north and south destinations. But lots of traffic as Kauai has grown. Pool was a nice size. Beautiful grounds and view is spectacular but you pay a hefty price for that view. We enjoyed our stay but Kauai is Uber expensive especially finding meals and food. We found the bath fan a bit annoying.
It was extremely easy. Check in took less than 3 minutes and check out about 30 seconds.

The details on VRBO and Kaha Lani's website currently state "Sleeps 4 in 1 King and 1 Sofa bed". I was travelling with a colleague and there was NO sofa bed. I booked this property specifically because the details state there is a "sofa bed". Due to this, we had to share sleeping on the floor and bed during our stay. This was of course a huge disappointment! The personnel at Kaha Lani could not help as this was booked through VRBO. Lovely place, terrible experience!
Great property, nice view that overlooks the pool and the ocean. More amenities on site at the property, cooler, beach towels, etc. We will come back on next trip!
The ocean view from the lanai was nearly perfect! Kitchen, dining, bathroom, living room all well appointed & comfortable. Bed needs a better mattress for our comfort level, as foam topper was too soft & mattress without topper had little cushion. I left a note and asked via email for a call from the property manager, but haven't gotten a call back. I loved the condo & would book again if the mattress was replaced.
Beautiful ocean views. Tiny bedroom with almost uncomfortable very high bed with awful foam mattress topper
