Direct Ocean Front, Renovated1 Bdrm Condo with Sweeping Views of the East Shore

Everything was poorly maintained.The blue couches have a musty/mildew smell plus they were dirty. - Bathrooms were stocked with only items left from previous renters. The bath was mirrors all looked old; losing the mirror finish on the sides. - While the balcony indeed had a million dollar view, it stopped there. Lounge chairs were rusted & dirty. The wicker table was coming apart in the corners. One of the chairs was completely broken (the back of the chair). - The kitchen appliances were peeling in areas. There were perishable foods left in the fridge. I had to clean the counters to remove the crumbs and sticky film. The microwave makes a terrible noise and then gives off a plastic burning smell. - The screens in the condo are absolutely filthy & in the shower, the screen is actually coming apart. - Some of the light switches were nasty dirty. AND FOR GODS SAKE, put a curtain on the big window by the front door. It looks directly into the guest bathroom!!! No privacy!We chose this place because of the great reviews & photos provided. I’m wondering now if they were real reviews?! Either way, the people who come in to clean are doing a terrible job. I expect, at the very least , a thoroughly clean & sanitized area. If I had thought for one second I could have asked for my money back AND been able to find a better place to stay, last minute……I would have packed up and left. Very disappointed

Clean with great ocean view. Walking distance to a calm swimming area and the on-site pool was clean and perfect for those non-beach days. Kitchen was well equipped and had some essentials stocked like seasonings, oil etc.

Terrific view of the ocean. We saw whales breaching from the condo. The place was clean and a good location, close toLihue and close by Lydgate park has protected beach area for the kids.

The location was exactly what we were looking for. Midway between and close to most activities that we had planned. Loved the beach view and proximity to a lovely park and beach. The unit had everything that we needed for sunny snd rainy days. Would definitely stay again.

Ocean view was outstanding! Condo was user friendly….unfortunately rained a lot… nothing you could do about that but, at least we could enjoy looking at the water

The condo next to ours was undergoing renovations and there was hammering, drilling and sanding from 8AM until 7 PM daily.

We had a wonderful stay! The view is breathtaking and the accommodations so comfortable. The location was perfect for easy access to places. Would recommend highly to all. A great get away and we definitely will return. Bernadette & Chad were wonderful and so quick to reply to all our questions.Great Experience!

Good location that made it easy to get out and explore the island. The property seemed well taken care of and the complex was well maintained with lovely landscaping.

We always love true Oceanfront condos. This is one of those. Lots of amenities. Beach chairs, coolers, snorkel gear, etc. Remodel is great. We would stay here again. I am always stressed when there isno AC, but you really didn't need it. Perfect breeze though the condo every night.

We loved the location of this condo right on the beach. Sunrises overlooking the water was the highlight of each day. We also loved watching the sunset on the beach right outside the condo. We were amazed at how quiet the beach was and how often we were alone on the beach.

Located on the eastern coast, the location is perfect for activities all over the island. The beach at the condo is mostly private, but not a good swimming area. But you can walk 5 minutes north to a safe swimming location. Wonderful stay! Highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay with a fantastic view!

Beautiful view and well appointed condo. It is a very relaxing and comfortable home away from home. Decorated very nicely. Comfortable bed and furniture. It has everything you need including beach chairs, beach towels, and snorkel gear. Know that it is on the second floor and there is no elevator, but it is has one easy flight of stairs with an exterior entrance which is nice. The lanai/balcony was a great spot to enjoy the view, but neighboring lanai is very close without any screening/separation between the two. The people staying in that neighboring condo could get loud on the lanai at times disrupting our peaceful stay. All and all we have a very pleasing stay and would stay here again. It is conveniently located and an easy walk to Lydgate Beach.

Chad was excellent communicating local info with us and condo was exactly as described. Location convenient to the island. And we enjoyed it balcony overlooking the ocean and watching the sunrise every morning (special thanks to our rooster alarm clock that made sure we didn’t miss it). Beach convenient and we just walked down with it beach chairs most days!

A spacious, sparkling clean, recently renovated condo in a private and quiet location with a breathtaking ocean view. Lovely and comfortable furnishings with a well provisioned kitchen. Easy beach access and the owner stocked the condo with all the beach amenities one could ask for…chairs, coolers, snorkels, fins, umbrellas. The pool looked great, however we preferred to swim in the ocean which is only a few steps away. The condo location gives you easy access to both North and South side of the island and the perfect location for bicycling on the Kauai coastal bike path. Great restaurants and oceanfront bars are very close by. We are definitely coming back and we highly recommend staying at this condo.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. The condo was absolutely beautiful and conveniently located near restaurants, hikes, and beaches. The view from the patio was truly amazing! Chad was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. Absolutely stay here!!

We rented the unit for a week in January 2025. We didn't want to leave! It's a fantastic location and view for morning sunrise coffee. I was also eager each day to enjoy the colors of the clouds at sunset on the generously sized balcony. This unit is very nicely updated and well equipped with everything you could need. We loved the high top table on the balcony for clear ocean views and appreciated use of a cooler and beach chairs for our day outings. The tradewinds made the unit cool and comfortable and the location on the east side was convenient for easily exploring the north and south sides of the island. The path directly in front of the unit provided a nice option for walks at any time of day.The property manager was very quick to respond to our questions. If I ever have the pleasure of visiting Kauai again, I would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

My wife and I loved this location. We can sit on the deck and watch and listen to the ocean. We saw whales from the deck again this year. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

This unit was the perfect place to call home for 10 days. As soon as you walk in you see the ocean in full view. It has everything you need. We found it to be perfectly located for exploring all that Kauai has to offer. We loved it!

We couldn't have asked for a better location conveniently located on the east coast of Kauai and the unit within the complex had stunning lanai views. We saw whales 2 different times while relaxing on the lanai. The condo was fully stocked with everything you need including beach chairs, cooler and beach umbrella. Super comfortable bed. Check in/access was super easy. Having a full condo with room made this vacation/honeymoon so relaxing. We would go back to this unit in a heartbeat. Only 2 negatives - no AC and the roosters crow all through the day & night!

We enjoyed our stay. The location is convenient for running/ walking. Also a short walk to a beach park.

The condo is every bit as nice as described on the website. Beautifully remodeled with upscale appliances etc. Chad, the owner, was also very accommodating and good communicator. We had a problem with the bedroom ceiling fan the first night we were there, and I messaged him the following morning, a saturday, and he had someone out there by noon to replace the fan.

Nice property tucked off the main road. Good central location for the island with nice walking paths. We would stay here again in a heartbeat when we come back to Kaua’i.

Overall, very happy with our stay. The fan on the master bedroom was randomly turning the light on in the middle of the night, but only happened twice. Otherwise perfect.

The condo was conveniently located and the grounds and views were fabulous! Ocean view and sunrises from the deck were gorgeous!

Great location, property was clean, and kitchen was well stocked. Everything is as advertised. Will definitely stay again if i return to Kauai.

We loved the location and privacy this area provided. We were able to travel up to princeville and Poipu with a 30-40 min drive easily. The layout of the condo is perfect with a wonderful updated kitchen, front room overlooking the beach and bedroom with walk in closet and 2 bathrooms. It is very cozy and had lots of extras in the kitchen to use to make your meals and coffee. The balcony was nice to lounge on and watch the waves and enjoy the sunset. There is a path in front that you can walk or exercise on. Golf is close by and is a municipal course. We opted to play at the Ocean Course a little bit further away that was quite expensive but hey… you’re on vacation and it’s well worth it. We were a bit concerned without AC but we didn’t need it as the natural winds and fans in the condo are all you need. There are beach chairs and towels and snorkel gear there outside the front door in a big bin that was great to have. We had a minor issue during our stay but Chad went above and beyond to help us and made everything right. I would definitely go back and also consider staying 1/2 of my time in princeville and 1/2 of my time in Poipu next time. Overall I was very happy with my choice as a first timer going to Kauai! Great view from the lanai. Unit was lovely and well equipped and Chad quickly responded when needed.

This is a quiet ,beautifully appointed one bedroom condo that welcomes you each morning with a spectacular sunrise.The beach extends on both sides as far as you can see. We walked and biked for miles from our unit Lydgate Beach is a five minute walk,and the Hilton is a 15 minute walk to a beach bar .Chad provides a large bin of beach chairs, coolers,toys etc. Check in was a breeze. Start to finish this was a delightful experience.
