Aston Kaanapali Shores is a 3-star, AAA-rated 10-acre oceanfront resort located on the famous North Kaanapali Beach. A large open-air lobby greets you when you arrive at the resort along with the smell of fresh flowers from the beautiful tropical grounds. A quick walk through the lobby will bring you to the brand-new resort pool, passing a waterfall, hot tubs, and large grassy area. There is a Beach Club Restaurant and Bar where you can grab a Mai Tai and a bite to eat to fulfill the Hawaii vacation dream. Take a walk to the ocean to witness gorgeous sunsets and sandy beaches.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui's rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don't kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants' personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants' stay.

Awesome place to relax and enjoy beautiful views of the beach. I’ve stayed in these condos many times over the years and I’ll keep coming back. Super friendly staff and great food onsite as well! Condo was clean and well maintained with everything needed.. Excellent value
Great condo, beautiful view, only complaint would be that bbqs were very far from the condo.
We were in Kihei for 7 days and wanted to extend our stay by staying in Kaanapali
The whole process was easy and seamless from booking to advance info to check in. The property was really nice and while it wasn’t the most amazing food, it was really nice having a restaurant right on site. An added bonus is that there is a grocery store across the street and a food truck park next door that is open every evening with a coffee truck open in the morning. The condo was very clean and seemed well stocked for the beach with chairs, boogie board, and towels. It’s quite a far walk from the parking garage to the unit because the condo is toward the beach but the ocean views made up for that. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.
Property and room were amazing! Our hosts were there for everything we needed. Close location to restaurants and beachfront property! Would absolutely stay here again!
We enjoyed our stay in this unit. There were restaurants, grocery store, shops, etc within walking distance. The resort grounds were lush and beautiful. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the beach towels and chairs were nice to have. There was plenty of dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
This condo was absolutely beautiful well cared and maintained. The unit is in the kaanapali shores which has amazing amenities beautiful pools , beach and other amenities. The owner had great communication. Would highly recommend unit. We had a great time.
Condo was excellent for four adults. Well located with great view of sunsets across the ocean. Nice pools and surprisingly good restaurant on premises. Grocery shopping nearby.
Views are amazing property is awesome. Could walk to stores and restaurants. Management company was wonderful. I had a minor issue on New Year’s Eve (my fault) I texted and called received a reply in 5 minutes!!! Best experience after coming to Maui for 8 years will definitely be back. Comfortable and clean property well stocked.
This condo was perfect for our needs. We have 2 teenagers and it was really nice that they had their own space. The condo is in a prime location within the resort. It is on the 4th floor and is the 2nd unit from oceanfront. Great view of the beach and overlooks the pool that is more on the quiet side. The unit had brand new kitchen appliances, plenty of towels, beach chairs and a cooler. The building itself could use a face lift- new carpet, fresh paint, minor repairs. But overall, we loved staying here and would do so again! BONUS: The resort is located just north of Whaler's Village, just a 5 minute drive away. There is a food truck area less than a 5 minute walk away. Make sure to go to Slappy Cakes for breakfast in the shopping center across the street from the food trucks.
The view and the beach were perfect. Easy check in process. The condo was lovely- had everything we needed. The only issue we had was that we noticed an odor when we would come back to the room each day- my husband thought it was just because it was an older property. It never bothered us while we were there - just when we would first walk in.
We were thrilled to find lots of quality each chairs and boogie boards plus beach towels which isn't always common at Hawaiian VRBO rentals! The particular unit was a great location or viewing the ocean but also far enough away from the lobby to be nicely quiet in later evenings and mornings!
