The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The amenities exceeded our expectations, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The space was ideal for our group and gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together.The host was outstanding—responsive, helpful, and truly committed to making sure our stay was seamless from start to finish. Communication was clear and timely, which made the entire process stress-free.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a top-notch VRBO experience. We recently stayed at this condo in Maui and had a mixed experience. The unit was very clean, and the view off the lanai was absolutely beautiful—truly the best part of the condo.However, the condo itself felt quite dated and is in need of several minor upgrades, especially considering the price point. There was no light on the lanai, which made it impossible to enjoy meals or spend time out there after dark. The refrigerator doors couldn't open fully because they hit the counter, and the silverware had to be kept on the counter due to the lack of a suitable drawer. The kitchen also had only one plug, tucked back in a corner, making it very difficult to use appliances like the blender and toaster.On the positive side, Vacasa was great to work with and kept us well-informed leading up to our trip.Overall, we loved the view and the location, but the condo would really benefit from some thoughtful updates.

Great, central location with nice pools, gardens, and beach. Unit has beautiful views. Unit is dated, but clean, comfortable and well stocked.

While the unit is a bit dated & kitchen had only 2 regular glasses, the view is amazing!! The bed is very comfortable- slept great. Loved the passcode on the door so you don’t have to search for a key card. The hair care and body wash were great to have. Great location & loved the pools & Pickleball courts!! A great stay!

We stayed in room 706. Although it was a little dated it had most things we needed. The view from this room was spectacular! The bed was comfortable. We could hear the ocean at night. We made a few dinners in the condo. Having a few more kitchen tools would have made it more perfect but it wasn’t a huge issue. We had no construction noise as advertised and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Will stay again in a minute!

The apartment was amazing with the best view. It was so, so clean and had legitimate AC which was fantastic. Everything was very easy upon check-in and communication all around was exceptional.

This unit has so much potential but needs some love! It’s vintage 1980s and furnishings are portrayed accurately on line, but basic maintenance has been neglected. Positives: Resort grounds, 2 pools good restaurant Unit Very clean, well supplied with linens, comfortable bed. , Ice machine in fridge! Extra towels in bathroom Beach chairs in cooler Good internet in unit (kept losing signal on balcony) New large tv Negatives: Cockroaches in all rooms! Lights burned out, wallpaper peeling off the bathroom wall, towel rack pulling away from wall in bathroom.

We loved the view from the balcony! The condo was wonderful. We had sticky floors when we arrived, but the cleaning crew came in immediately and removed, great service! There wasn't any coffee when we got there, and the coffee pot was rusted, but Vacasa reimbursed me for a small coffee maker I purchased which made it right. We LOVED the bed, most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and we will be purchasing the exact same mattress! I have neck issues so the bed was a dream! The condo kitchen is well equipped with anything that you need to cook while staying. The furniture is a little older but no complaints from us, we were too busy enjoying the sea side pool. The bathroom had large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was a wonderful plus! And hand lotion that smells amazing! There was a small cooler and a few beach chairs for using when we went to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this condo! Thank you for your hospitality!:

My family and I absolutely loved this resort and the room. The condo was perfectly cleaned and had everything we needed to make several meals. The bed was extremely comfortable, I have never slept so well on vacation. The resort itself was amazing. We enjoyed the pools and played many games of pickleball on the courts.

We had spent a week and just love the place. The location is also fantastic. The peivite beach a dream come true. Th staff very friendly and very useful. We are coming back next summer

Close to shops, beach access. Room is dated, could use fresh paint and new furniture. Great amenities - pool, restaurant. Check-in and check-out process was seamless.

The room is a little dated, but comfortable and has all the amenities that you need (W/D, DW, fridge, range, Micro). View is good from room, but cannot see sunset.

Great trip. Key pad did not work to get in room when arrived but fixed within minutes over the phone.

The place was lovely. A few things others may want to know about the property. At high tide the ocean is up to the sea wall, so no beach. At low tide it is very rocky so not good for swimming. Also you cannot view sunrise from the room, have to go out by the pool. We still enjoyed the place but we did have to go elsewhere to swim or sit on beach. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Got to see whales right from our room view.

My wife, myself and two family members stayed at this Kihei location for a week in January, 2024. The property was as described and we were very pleased. The view from the lanai is stunning, We observed whales and sea turtles every day. I snorkeled several times off the reefs directly on front of the property. The location is very convenient with an ABC Store within easy walking distance as well as restaurants and shops. The best thing about our stay was the host. Although Skye was not located in Maui, he was very attentive to our questions and requests before and during the stay. He did all he could to make our stay go smoothly. We did have a couple of minor issues with the property and he addressed them immediately. That is all I could ask from any host. We loved the property and would stay there again if the opportunity comes again. I do have to mention a couple of items about the property so that any future renters will be prepared. The main bedroom is wonderful with a separate bath and spectacular views of the ocean. However, the second bedroom is quite small, barley large enough for a full sized bed. Persons in that room may be disappointed. It would be great for kids though. Also, there is a large air conditioning unit that is on the lanai. Not only does it take up a lot of space, but when it is running is noisy and blows hot air. This was annoying at first, but turned out to be not much of an issue as we did not need to run the air very often.

We had a great stay at 706 Kannapali shores! Location and view is amazing! Check in process was very easy. Property has all the amenities as described.kitchen had all the appliances and was happy to see some basic spices already stocked. The view from balcony is amazing and beach is right there for a walk or swim. Sunset is visible from the balcony. Lot of food options in walking distance. Host had beach chairs and umbrella which came very handy. Great experience staying at the property! I highly recommend!
