H101 features a spacious open concept main living space that flows seamlessly from the full kitchen, for preparing delicious meals and snacks at your convenience, through the dining area, the relaxing living room area, and out to the large outdoor lanai. As you step outside, you'll be greeted by lush tropical landscapes leading you to the inviting pool and hot tub, just a few steps away. Whether you're lounging poolside or unwinding in the hot tub, you'll be surrounded by the beauty of Maui's natural surroundings. Located close to Kaanapali Beach and Whalers Village, you're just moments away from pristine sandy shores and an array of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. PARKING FEE: The resort requires guests to check-in at the on-site front desk and pay a flat rate parking fee of $160. This fee is paid to the on-site front desk directly by all guests parking overnight.

The condo is beautiful and so spacious with an enormous lanai and everything you could ever need in the kitchen. The gardens and pool area are lovely with gorgeous sunset views. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return someday soon!
The host was great, always checking out if we needed anything prior and during our stay.The place was great for my family and me and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and electrical appliances, making it easy to prepare all kinds of meals. There were also beach chairs and plenty of towels, which we put to good use. The store and the beach were both within walking distance, which was very convenient.The only downsides were the beds, which my family agreed were not as comfortable as we would have liked. Additionally, when we first arrived, there was a musty smell. We ended up buying plug-in air fresheners and washing some of the blankets because the odor had penetrated them.Overall, the place met our needs, and everyone was happy and comfortable during our stay.
Beautiful property! All amenities were perfect. If I had to have one critique, it’s that the water pressure in the master is low. But wouldn’t deter me from booking again!
Very clean and comfortable. Great amenities. Parking was tight due to construction going on, which we knew ahead of time. Only complaint was the unit smelled very musty. We bought air fresheners which helped.
The beds were very uncomfortable in all the rooms other than that, the place was nice.
Very nice accommodations. Whaler village is across the street and great for teens. Beautiful kept grounds.
I stayed here with my boys, their dad and my brother, and it had the perfect amount space for every one and it was in a great location for the best price around. Would recommend to anyone
This property was ideal for our family of 4. It was only steps from the pool or a short walking distance from Whalers and Public Beach Access. It was well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend.
Loved our stay - location was awesome!
Fantastic unit, complex and vacation rental. Highly recommend! Communications with the property manager were excellent. The condo is very large, with plenty of room to spread out. Very clean and ready for us when we arrived. Note that the onsite complex office is not open on weekends, so you may need to wait until a weekday to pay the additional parking fee. Gated entry, plenty of parking and well kept grounds. A/C works great, cooler and chairs in the outside storage closet, and all the starter items you need. Very quiet complex, while we were there. The strip mall just around the corner has a great little coffee shop, general store, snorkel store (very helpful people to rent equipment from), urgent care center, and pizza place, among other offerings. Easy walk to the beach and Whaler's Village. Pictures do a good job of depicting the unit, with the exception of the view - which is even better in person (of the beautiful grounds, pool and even a bit of the ocean)! Note, we were a bit concerned about the lack of recent reviews - hopefully this one gets posted and alleviates any similar concerns. Great unit!
We had a wonderful stay! It was spotless, beds were comfortable, great location and just a short walk to the beach, well appointed and plenty of room for our family of six. We really enjoyed dinners on the large patio watching the sunset and being so close to the pool. When we reached out to Coconut Condos for a few items they immediately responded and had the items in our place within hours. We would definitely stay here again!
Clean, well stocked condo with beach chairs and an incredible lanai. Location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants, without being too busy. Beds were comfortable. Primary bedroom and bath were awesome! We would stay there again.
