Gorgeous two-level condo with resort-style pool & hot tub - close to beach

Great place to return to after a day at the beach! Comfortable, clean, safe, quiet, convenient location. Loved sitting under the stars by the pool. We would absolutely stay here again!

The condo was very comfortable and convenient to everything we needed to do in Princeville. There is plenty of room if you are 2 couples with separate living space and communal kitchen and dining room. Would definitely stay there again.

We liked the location close to Hanalei and not too far from other north shore beaches and attractions. It was also conveniently located near a supermarket (foodland). Lots of nice places in the area to get prepared meals or things to cook at home. We also managed to find pineapple whip truck at the Wyndham opposite while we were there. Beds were comfortable and we made use of the snorkelling gear and beach chairs. Having a washing machine and dryer was also very handy to get our clothes all cleaned and dry before our return home. Would stay here again. Suited our family and was like a home away from home.

Spacious new condo can’t be beat in Kauai. While it didn’t have a view we were fine because we spent so much time at the beach. Garage could fit our jeep grand Cherokee but it was tight. Indeed no street parking or sidewalks. Loved the entire condo from top to bottom. It’s just as the photos show. The lowest floor is where you enter from the garage door and the one bath one bed and living area along with laundry is situated. We liked this layout because the kids could be a bit further away from the adults. We had one of those radio baby monitors so it was never an issue with being able to hear them. The second level is just a landing where the main front door enters and you take off your slopes, then walk up a flight to the main top/third level of the house. High ceilings and terrific natural light comes through. The furniture and amenities were in good condition and things seem fairly spotless. We used the kitchen quite a bit and appreciated their amenity kit with dish soap and detergent for laundry. We had knives and plates and bowls. Even bag clips to keep all our chip bags sealed haha! Master bedroom was relaxing and so large. Bed frame was a bit bare/simple but we didn’t mind at all as we got pretty good sleep on the mattress. Bathroom was spacious which included jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The pool was great and just a short two minute walk over with a courtesy guest key. There were a number of kids there but it didn’t feel too crowded in the pool on a Saturday afternoon. All the beach amenities were available such as umbrella, chairs and towels. Would have appreciated a few kids beach buckets or sand toys but we brought our own knowing it might be lacking. Kids really enjoyed the boogie boards though! Thanks for a terrific stay Vacasa and Kauai team. They quickly answered my question about our suv fitting in the garage when I contracted through the app. Easy and clean and the newness lived up to my high standards! We love Kauai and would return to this condo again.

My family and I stayed for a week at the beginning of June 2025. It is spacious and well appointed with decor. The beds were fantastic - even the pull out couch was comfortable! It was a wonderful place to come back to after a long day. Couldn't recommend more!

Our family of five (2 adults, 3 kids under 9) had a great time here. It’s located in a quiet, well maintained neighborhood in Princeville, and as a 2 bed/2.5 bath it was spacious enough for all of us. (the only downside I’d say is the second bedroom is downstairs/far away from the primary so we weren’t able to hear the kids well if they woke up in the middle of the night, so sometimes they’d hijack the couch - which was comfortable). The house itself was clean and had nice AC. The kids enjoyed the pool as well. Would love to come back for another stay!

Beautifully furnished & decorated, spacious, in a safe, quiet street. Our family of four had plenty of room during our 10 night stay. We were very comfortable & really enjoyed our time there. Great pool, bbq area & 2 car garage. Groceries, restaurants and beaches on the north shore within driving distance. Far & long drives to the south shore.

Loved cooking our own meals in the well stocked kitchen occasionally . We also used the beach items from the garage. Thanks for sharing! Both TVs worked! We bbq’d at the pool and also played cards there frequently. Delightful!!!

Awesome Condo! Very clean, nicely furnished, beautifuly decorated, functional, amazing location. We have stayed here a few times and already have booked our next trip.

Very nice home with many amenities. Was nice having beach gear and towels handy. Pool was excellent! Location in Princeville was nice for the North Shore. Overall house was very well equipped and lovely. Only issue we had was dryer wasn’t working well and we had to air dry our clothes.

This is a very clean and well stocked home in Princeville only a short drive from Anini and Hanalei Bay. Ideal for a family of 6-8 people. The home is well stocked and the air conditioning was a welcome relief from the humidity after a day at the beach. Highly recommend!!

We had a great experience at this townhouse! It was super clean and comfortable for our family of 5. Would be perfect for 6 with 2 on the couch bed downstairs. It’s in a very quiet community, beautiful all around. Loved having the beach towels, beach chairs/umbrellas, and boogy boards. The listing is correct about only one car and no off street parking. It was great having our own garage. It’s close driving distance to Anini beach where we swam with sea turtles, Tunnels beach, and the Hanalei Pier which offered stunning sunsets, and the little town of Hanalei with multiple restaurants and shops. The north side of Kauai is an absolute must. It’s the most lush, green, beautiful part of the island in my opinion. I’d stay here again anytime. No problems whatsoever.

A nice spot to stay when visiting the north. Very convenient to Hanalei. It’s a nice condo community and the pool was very nice.
