After a luxurious night's sleep on the large bed, wake up to the toasty aromas of freshly brewed Kona then take your first cup out to enjoy in the salty sea air. The kitchenette has a mini-fridge, a microwave, and plenty of storage for your staples, so you can easily prepare a delightful al-fresco lunch before heading out to the water. Take a short walk to explore all the fun on-site amenities that include a shared hot tub, gas grill, and pool then come back to use the high-speed WiFi to research a new outdoor adventure while the central AC keeps everything nice and cool. The flatscreen TV will stream your favorite Netflix movies and shows whenever you're not splashing around in the Pacific surf just steps from the pool.

No communication with actual host ..:Horrible communication with vacasa staff . Ac broken. It was loud. Do not go thru Vacasa.
Great time
Very clean cozy room with direct access to marketplace and beach and gorgeous views
Nice clean unit, steps from the beach.
If it's all about location this is the place for you. Beach, ocean, pool, happy hour, sunrises, shopping, eateries.
Condo had everything we needed but the 10 am check out time is strict. We had an afternoon flight and requested an 11am check but were told no. On a side note the Sleeping Giant Grill had very good food at a good price point.
You could hear the ocean from the property, very peaceful sound. There is a boardwalk for a stroll to just enjoy the ocean breeze. There are a lot of boutiques and a country mart a quick walk from the condo. We really enjoyed our stay!
We were welcomed with a welcome care package and the essential cleaning supplies. And a great view of the beach right out side the balcony. Did have some trouble with the wifi and TV, but with a nice texted they helped right away. Definitely would stay again.
Quick access to the beach and anything on the east side. Everything was very clean. Bed and pillows weren’t the most comfortable, a little flat, but overall a good place to stay.
Exactly as advertised, affordable no frills way to experience the Garden Island. Things that were good: -Good location as it’s very central. We found ourselves leaving Kapa’a most days to either head north or south/ west. If you want to explore the whole island, I would stay in the south(Koloa/ Poipu) for a few days and in the north for a few (Princeville/ Hanalei). -Nice bike/running trail that starts right behind the unit. -Lovely porch with partial ocean views. Great for coffee or hanging out after sundown. -Hosts were kind and left some local sweets. Things that could be better: -Bed was straight up uncomfortable. Do not stay here if you’re sensitive to bed comfort, you can feel the springs when you turn. -Bring earplugs. You will be woken up by roosters at 4am each day. The front door doesn’t seal well so there’s almost no noise barrier. This also results in the room being sticky most days. -They had some snorkel gear, which was nice, but it was very dirty from previous tenants so we had to deep clean them and ended up just renting elsewhere. Other things to note: -This is a unit in Aston Islander on the Beach, but it’s a private rental. The pool and hot tub were fine, but almost always packed and had a lot of kids/ families -Beach immediately behind the property is ok. It’s pretty rocky and has a lot of debris, so we didn’t stay here much. Overall we enjoyed our stay but tried to spend as little time in the room as possible. It worked as an accessible way to see the island, but you definitely get what you pay for.
Wonderful location! Easily accessible to all areas of the island. Thanks for leaving the snorkeling equipment - we really enjoyed that!
