Islander on the Beach 214 - New Listing

Access to the pool, beach and nearby dining is a big plus. The grounds were immaculate. The room itself was good although the bed placement was a little less than idea.

The location is excellent for an island stay. Close to restaurants, easy access to major island destinations... The room was pleasant, bed comfortable and community landscaping was perfect!

We thought the room was great and a central location for all our activities. Thank you

I had a great time at Islander on the Beach 214. It's a great room with a beautiful balcony. Very convenient location next to restaurants and the coconut marketplace. The room was very clean with cool AC and the kitchenette was perfect for coffee and small meals.

We enjoyed our stay. There are places to walk and shopping options. There was also a variety of restaurants nearby. The room is a little dated and worn but it was clean and worked well for 2 people.

Bathroom tub very slow to drain

The room was very run down. I had to use the plunger to get the water to drain when taking a shower. Had to do this for four days. Under the sink a rusty something fell off. It went everywhere. Had to clean it up. One of the chairs was broken on the balcony. It was replaced. I have stayed at the Islander many times. I’m not sure I would rent this unit again.

Overall the unit was good. The bathroom was a good size and for 2 people it was spacious, any more than 2 it would definitely feel tight. I wish the bed had 2 nightstands as there was no where for me to put my book, glasses down and no where for me to charge my phone. The bed was comfy and I slept great each night. The location is centrally located but wish the beach was more swimmable,maybe it was just this time of year. Also wish we had access to a washer and dryer as we went swimming everyday and our towels never really dried out and they were sandy from the beaches. items such as beach chairs and coolers need an upgrade as the cooler handle was rusted closed and we had to carry it, the chairs neither of the zippers worked and they were a bit dirty and rusty. There were also no umbrellas and we ended up having to rent them for 60. If you are looking for a nice place centrally located with minimal services and activities included this place is a perfect place to stay. Everything was clean

The condo was nice, and Islander on the Beach was a very nice complex. The location was great, we could visit the north and south sides of the island from this centrally located condo.

Everything was great! I think I saw a complaint about the mattress but I’d guess they replaced it. It was quite comfortable

We absolutely loved our stay! The beach was so close and the barbecue and the pool was amazing to have. The room was great and had lots of things like chairs beach towels buggie boards etc.

Check tv remotes- batteries? Leak at kitchenette’s faucet…

The property has a fine location. Close to "The Market" which we used daily. It is also in close proximity to quite a bit of food, shopping etc. The problem was the product under impressed on cleanliness and it is a bit tired. Little things are big things ! First, the bathtub would not drain. Fixed quickly but still not expected. The cooler at the product was rusted so badly the handle would not retract or expand so the portable cooler had to be hand transported. The toaster looked like it had never been clean. Based on the reviews and pricing, we expected better.

An awesome place to stay. Great location. Near Coconut Marketplace which was nice. The grounds at the complex are beautiful and very well kept.

Studio 214 was clean, and well appointed. Only thing I would change would be a 1st floor Studio, no Elevators and steps at my age were not the best for me.

We loved coming back to the studio after a long day spent adventuring in Kauai. It was very clean, well stocked, and just a few steps to the beach. We loved having dinner on the porch and appreciated having beach gear stocked for us. We'd absolutely come back again.

Nice comfortable room, only thing no elevator. Stairs were a problem for me, next stay be on ground floor. Otherwise stay was great.

The unit was as expected and very pleasant. A couple minutes walk to the beach made it easy to get a sunrise over the ocean in. Appreciated the tommy bahama chairs and other beach equipment available, and how well stocked the kitchen was. Would recommend!

There was quite a bit of hair on the bathroom floor and the shower walls still had cleaning product smeard on them that never got washed off. Other than that, the place was great! Awesome location to food, things to do, the beach and a pool. Would definitely stay again!

We loved the property. It was a perfect spot to be able to walk to everything. Beach, pool & hot tub! What more could we want! Only issue we had was no laundry service ( 8 days & 2 kids) but overall had an amazing time!

Property was well maintained for its age. The grounds were beautiful & filled with various vegetation. Pool/hot tub/bar area were nice to enjoy.
