Beautiful views, excellent location, across the street from a beach park (not swimmable, but swimming beach up the street) and 5 min walk to foodland, south maui gardens, and many food trucks.Condo 601 and 601a were well appointed and have everything a traveler could need. Kitchen has good pots and pans and lots of accessories. Fridge, stove, sink, dishwasher and the three aircon units were in good working order. Full Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and updated.Views were beautiful, and we had an excellent view of the sunset and ocean!the not so good: floors appeared clean but left our feet sticky and dirty. Bedroom facing the street was loud from street noise - provided earplugs were helpful. We lost water and sewer for about 10 hours one day due to sewer work that affected the whole building.
Pros: great neighbors, staff, beautiful views, comfortable bed, great neighborhood/location, Sam :) Cons: traffic noise, but can add to the vibe in a good way
We loved how close we were to town and all the shops, restaurants, food trucks, and park! The good beach for swimming was a bit of a walk (about 1/2 mile) but there is another one much closer, but wasn't as good for swimming. Well furnished kitchen, had everything we needed. Quiet neighbors, the street noise was fine, some cars really like to blast their music on the strip! We really enjoyed our stay!
The good.. So many things! This was close to everything. South maui gardens is directly behind the condo. Their hula show was fantastic. I highly recommend you go! The condo is close to quite a few beaches. We tried a new one every day but we also had a car to get around. The beach directly across the street is not the beast for swimming but provided beautiful sunsets from the lanai. The condo setup was perfect for 2 couples. Each had their our room and bathroom and own space and there was a shared space with kitchen and living room. I highly recommend this condo.The bad… The setup on the lanai is a little broken up for 4 people if you want to talk but we figured it out as time went on.

This place exceeded our expectations! It was clean, near everything we needed (grocery store/gas station). We were within walking distance of the beach and a bunch of food trucks! And the best selling point was the view from the balcony!
Close to stores, restaurants, Starbucks. Beach across the street. Wonderful view. Will book again next year!
We have come to Maui for 30+ years and we thought to change it up and go to Kihei. This property is amazing. Amazing views, comfortable beds and a quick walk to the beach. This house has everything. Things we didn’t even know we needed they had it. Beach chairs, cooler and snorkle gear. This property is 10/10. Neighbors in the building are super friendly too. Wish we had stayed longer. We will be booking this property again!
