Vaulted ceilings finished in warm wood, hardwood floors, and bright white walls surround the ample living room and dining room seating. Large glass sliding doors bring in ample amounts of light, and complete the aesthetic. The living room has a large TV and a large wrap around couch and the back porch has additional chairs and couches so you have plenty of options for stretching out.

The modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for you and yours, with a live-edge mango wood island bar, handsome seating, and plenty of space for putting out snacks and drinks to enjoy while planning the day's adventure. Guests have their choice among two downstairs bedrooms each with plush queen beds and plenty of closet space, and an upstairs king bedroom with a kitchenette and a couch. Please Note: This is the main house of a 4br home. There is a studio that is connected to the home and when occupied, it will share the driveway and the garage with the tenants of the main home. Please always be respectful of the adjoining guests and keep in mind your noise level when inside the home so as not to disturb tenants next door or neighbors. This is not a party house. CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservation cancellations, regardless of when they are made, are subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee on the total amount before taxes. This fee covers the non-refundable credit card processing costs incurred at the time your reservation is booked.

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid, less the 3.5% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made fewer than 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable. No refund will be issued.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event your travel plans change due to unforeseen circumstances.
