It is a perfect stay for families, couples, or adventurers looking for some solitude and peace of mind in one of the most scenic areas on Hawaii's Garden Isle.
The open-concept living spaces and screened-in Lanai give this home a throwback feel of old Hawaii without compromising on modern amenities. Vaulted ceilings finished in warm wood, hardwood floors, and bright white walls surround the ample living room and dining room seating. Large glass sliding doors bring in ample amounts of light, and complete the aesthetic. The living room has a large TV and a large wrap around couch and the back porch has additional chairs and couches so you have plenty of options for stretching out.
The modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for you and yours, with a live-edge mango wood island bar, handsome seating, and plenty of space for putting out snacks and drinks to enjoy while planning the day's adventure. Guests have their choice among two downstairs bedrooms each with plush queen beds and plenty of closet space, and an upstairs king bedroom with a kitchenette and a couch. Guests needing additional sleeping spaces will find a full-size pull out sleeper sofa in the upstairs loft hang-out spot. The room setups are ideal for getting some rejuvenating privacy away from the common spaces. Cut up some papaya or noni from the trees in the garden and have yourself an extremely local breakfast on the upstairs balcony off the king bedroom.
Ample driveway parking, garage access, and a newly remodeled shared bathroom and washer/dryer room add extra convenience to your stay while the front porch is protected from the elements so you can prepare for whatever weather may come. Head down the walking path into town, or kick off your shoes and get back to basics in this Princeville sanctuary.
Please Note: This is the main house of a 4br home. There is a studio that is connected to the home and when occupied, it will share the driveway and the garage with the tenants of the main home. Please always be respectful of the adjoining guests and keep in mind your noise level when inside the home so as not to disturb tenants next door or neighbors. This is not a party house.
