Island Colony is a high-rise resort on the banks of the Ala Wai Canal in Waikiki. On the grounds, you'll have access to a heated saltwater pool, a sundeck with poolside cabanas, a hot tub, saunas, a gym, a pool table, a picnic area with gas grills, and a well-stocked convenience store. The Forty Niner Waikiki is also right downstairs, offering fresh coffee and a menu of local favorites. When it's time to hit the beach, you'll have beach chairs and a seven-foot umbrella to take with you and an outdoor shower to welcome you home.

This condo enjoys an enviable corner position with peek-a-boo views of the ocean in one direction and a sweeping vista of the city and mountains in the other. It's a lovely scene to take in from the shaded lanai off the bedroom - a lovely spot for a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail at sunset.

Walk home from a day spent shopping, lounging on the beach, or taking a boat cruise to be greeted by a quiet, light-filled living space renovated in elegant style. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
