Private upstairs entrance; no elevator available.

Sizeable and glittering gourmet kitchen offers an enormous kitchen island/breakfast bar with 6 barstools, ample counter and cupboard space, and new stainless steel appliances including fridge/freezer, stove/oven, and microwave. Kitchen comes equipped with basic cookware, pots, pans, utensils and cutlery, plates, cups, bowls, mugs, coffee maker, hot water kettle and rice cooker.
Extensive living room includes dining nook and large dining table with seating for 6 guests.
LIVING/SLEEPING
Generous living area features a cozy sectional sofa, large flatscreen smart tv, and plenty of space and natural light from ample windows.
BED/BATH
First private bedroom offers a bunk bed with full size bottom bunk (sleeps 1-2 guests), twin size upper bunk (sleeps 1 guest) and mirrored closet with various drawers, hangers, and storage space.
Second private bedroom offers a queen size bed (sleeps 2), nightstand, and mirrored closet with various drawers, hangers, and storage space.
Third, master bedroom offers queen size bed (sleeps 2), nightstand, and mirrored closet with various drawers, hangers, and storage space. Ensuite full bathroom offers a sparkling vanity, standing shower and toilet.
Secondary, renovated full bathroom down hall offers standing shower, shining vanity, and toilet.

This home includes one covered, reserved parking stall in the carport below the property.
