We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We are delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services available for an additional fee.
BUILDING AMENITIES
Shared laundry facilities are located on the 8th floor, with payment available via an app or credit card. A trash chute is conveniently situated at the end of the hallway. The property provides 24/7 security for your peace of mind. Please note, this building does not have a pool, nor is there access to one at another location.
Parking is available in the building for $35 per day (*rates subject to change), and metered street parking is available along the harbor for $1 per hour.
Routine pest control and maintenance are occasionally scheduled by building management. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the unit and on the lanai.

Please note that the condos are privately owned, and construction or building maintenance may occur during your stay. Most guests experience little to no disruption, as they are often out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping, or participating in activities. This is a very nice apartment in the Ilikai Marina complex. Strategically located, the beach is just minutes away and Ala Moana shopping mall is a brief 15 min walk West. The apartment was well stocked and super clean. Very comfortable space with great access to restaurants, convenience stores and Waikiki main street and beach.
