GORGEOUS Waikiki Yacht Harbor Views! Central AC, FREE Wi-Fi, Washlet!

Guest took great care of us - when the original unit went down due to mechanical /AC issues and the windows were not operable because of construction, they allowed us access to great alternate condo in Waikiki - CAPT COOK did a great job, thank you!

Good location and walking distance to both Waikīkī and the Ala Moana Mall for local shopping and their incredible Food Court (with a ton of local restaurants that are way LESS expensive than Waikiki) if you’re on a budget. Room 388 Ilikai Marina is VERY spacious 1 bedroom with a full modern kitchen and living room with a lanai that overlooks the water/Marina with a front row to the Friday Fireworks.

Great location and great room for my family.

Very clean and great views. Room had everything we needed. 3 day pass of parking was about 100 which is on the cheaper side of Waikiki parking and worth it. There was construction going on through the building but it didn’t really bother us much. Highly suggest booking!

The condo itself was very clean and all the amenities I expected. It was nice to overlook the harbor and the ocean beyond, and watch the sunset. The harbor is a busy place with people coming and going at all hours!

Overall we were very happy with our stay! It had all the basic needs and I appreciated a lot that dishes were available for cooking. Most places that you stay at have limited dishes. Location was also great from everything in Waikiki. Highly recommend staying here over a hotel any day.

We could hear the street noise and hustle and bustle of the marina (which was a plus for us). The location was central to all amenities. We loved it and will return in the future!We wished that the property had a few basic amenities like Salt and pepper, cooking oil and coffee filters. It also needed some cleaning supplies since we were there for 9 days and no housekeeping was provided. We cooked often and the only cleaner provided was a kitchen sponge and Dawn dishwashing liquid. A bottle of windex would have been helpful since the dining table, coffee table and all end tables were glass. Also a swiffer for cleaning the tile floors would have been very useful.

The room is just like the pictures, everything you expected. Location is good, and is in walking distance to restaurants and shops.This room is right above a restaurant called Charter House Waikiki (food was amazing but the drinks are not strong).This restaurant was just opened and is still under construction. So with that being said we had 7am pounding and drilling, this was so loud that the floors were shaking. But other than that our stay was great!

This lovely little gem was a perfect place to stay in downtown Honolulu. It was exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed to cook and enjoy days at the beach. We would definitely recommend this property.

The condo was located in a great area, LOVED the marina. It had stuff for the beach and was fully stocked with everything in the kitchen to cook with. Will be staying htere again.

Great location, beautiful views of the marina and sunset. Confortable bed and pull out bed. Very clean. Loved that it had a kitchen. Perfect for myself and my 2 kids.

The unit was well-equipped, spacious, and close to the beach. The bed was super comfy. The view from the unit is just as advertised on the website--beautiful at sunrise and sunset. The unit was fairly clean when my friend and I arrived. We did notice that the washlet needed to be cleaned a bit better. I had to spray it with the cleaner that was available under the bathroom sink. My only "complaints" were that the windows and walls seemed paper thin. I could hear entire conversations outside, even with the window (which you can't open anyway) and the balcony door closed. There was also an issue with the AC not working consistently. I learned that the AC unit would shut off if the doors and window were opened. However, it didn't come on for quite some time after I ensured that both doors were closed. It magically started working consistently the night before I was scheduled to leave. I would still recommend this as a good place to stay.

The wedding was in Kaneohe, but finding places to stay and things to do was a strain. We were so thrilled to find this condo in exactly the spot we wanted to be, and with the perfect amenities. It was located close enough to downtown, without being in downtown. The fireworks Friday night was a huge hit. My in laws came over and we watched from the resturant down stairs. All in all a GREAT stay!!! Thank you so very much!!!

This property is comfortable, convenient, and clean. The property manager is easily accessible and check in and out was a breeze. The location is ideal as you are close to Waikiki if you want the wild tourist side of the Island or a short drive will get you to more off the beaten path areas of Oahu.

My sister and I enjoyed this place very much. It is at the very north end of Waikiki beach. Close to Hilton Village and the lagoon but away from the crowds. It has a beautiful view of the marina. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We parked in the attached garage which costs $28 a day. My only advice would be to get a parking pass from the kiosk downstairs as soon as you arrive. We ended up paying more than we should have. I would definitely book this place again.

This is one of the best rentals we have had in the past few years. The room has a great view for Friday fireworks and the location is excellent. Definitely will recommend to others to come here and stay.

We enjoyed having easy access to ABC stores and the market for morning breakfast and snacks before we got on the road for our adventures. They supply so many towels for your showering needs and beach. They have tons of beach supplies and the kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook or meal prep! As a woman I enjoyed that there was blow dryers, curlers and straighteners as well! Amazing place we have recommended to friends and family immediately!! We will be back to stay on our next vacation!

Although the condo was lovely, the construction in the building was deafening every morning starting at 7. We couldn’t hear each other. The dishwasher wouldn’t drain and although manager was responsive, it couldn’t be fixed. We had no toilet one day, but eventually that was fixed. Water was shut off completely one day with no notice. Again, someone always answered the phone, but it was a very difficult stay. I was told that some credit would be coming back, but have not had confirmation.

We really love this part of town! A short stroll from Ala Moana Beach Park as well as the Hilton Lagoon. Our sunset views over the marina were lovely. The only issue was the incessant jackhammering from the Chart House below. Although we had looked forward to Happy Hour & pupus, the Chart House was closed for renovations. Yep, it was loud & bothersome, but hopefully our next trip will only provide sounds of chatter & lounge music from the restaurant below.

The location and size of this condo was perfect for us. We enjoyed a 2 week stay. Our hope was to relax, enjoy beach time, read, and eat good food. This rental was perfect for that. The location is close to some of our old favorites and we found new favorites to add to our list. We could have stayed longer! Thanks for a great space!

Properties on VRBO can be like playing roulette and this time we hit the jackpot!!!! Beautiful home shows how the owner cares about their property. Location is great!!! FYI: the condo is 2 floors above the Chart House restaurant and the street. The noise level peaks when restaurant is busy and when people are going to the beach. Very minor. Will be back!!!

The Condo was very nice and clean. The view was wonderful and you could watch the fireworks from the 7th floor roof. Paul was great and handled any questions or issues immediately.
