Property Overview
This serene estate is named Hululani, or "Heavenly," for its pristine beauty. This truly fabulous home has awesome, panoramic views of the mountains, Bali Hai and Hanalei Bay from virtually every room as well as from the private, saline swimming pool. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this home's peaceful and serene surroundings let you fully enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean and Kauai's tropical birds.
We have a property manager(Thames) who lives across the street who will do a meet and greet, give you tips on nearby sights and cooking as well as solve any concerns that arise.
As soon as you enter, you will understand this is an unforgettable home. Magnificent views through floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors will captivate you . . . the high ceilings add an extra dimension to the elegance of Hululani. Throughout this 4,500 square foot, two-story home are beautiful furnishings and thoughtful amenities that were carefully chosen for your comfort and convenience. Air conditioning, Mexican tile floors and clever use of marble throughout are among the numerous features that guests really appreciate at Hululani. Upscale landscape lighting allows you to enjoy the gardens well into the evening.
Every room looks out at spectacular views through many huge windows. Step out to the lanai and pool area for a refreshing swim, to luxuriate in your private hot tub or simply relax in the gentle breezes coming in off the ocean. The outside shower and half-bath are a wonderful convenience when you're lounging outdoors or by the pool.
The second living room, or "view room," upstairs gives you large windows at several angles from which to admire nature's splendor and is a wonderful place to watch sunset's colorful skies and enjoy each other's company. The wet bar makes it easy to prepare your favorite tropical beverage while the adjacent game area with its card table invites bridge games and other friendly competitions. On the second level are two master suites with private lanais.
On the main level, there is another master suite, as well as a bedrooom, an office, and a large living/dining room that opens to a covered gourmet BBQ area outdoors. The main level has a large, gourmet kitchen with slab granite counter tops and new appliances as well as many conveniences desired by the most celebrated chefs. The chef in your family will most assuredly delight in preparing favorite recipes here. You may wish to check out Kauai's sunshine markets for fresh, local produce.
Our property has an abundance of great fruits such as papaya trees, Tahitian lime, Meyer lemon, avocado as well as oranges. Feel free to harvest the fruit before the birds consume them. Lots of flowering trees are accentuated by over 60 orchids, white, pink and red gingers as well as heliconia and sitacorams to make your own tropical arrangements.
Hululani is such an excellent choice for your stay on Kauai. You may never want to leave! However, should you decide to venture out from your private paradise, there are many fine restaurants, shops and activities in the area as well as picturesque beaches and spectacular sights island-wide.
Activities nearby include: hiking, biking, golf, tennis, fishing, wildlife viewing, horseback riding, boating, sailing, surfing, windsurfing, shelling, rafting, shopping, cinemas, seasonal swimming, snorkeling, diving and a fitness center.

The property was wonderful. It was the perfect size for our family of 6. Everyone was able to gather together for family time as well as ample spaces to spread out and enjoy personal relaxation time. The views here are amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, so relaxing. The home is completely furnished with everything you can imagine to enjoy your getaway. We truly enjoyed our seven days in Paradise!

We had been to Kauai in the past and stayed in Princeville. This time it was me, my husband, 29 year old daughter, 29 year old son in law, 18 month old grandson, 21 year old daughter and her boyfriend. This house was PERFECT!!!! We loved every second of it. It had everything you needed and the location was perfect. The views were the best I have ever had at any vacation home. We even changed our family photos from the beach to the backyard. We hope to visit again! Mahalo!

It has all the amenities you need if you plan to cook at the house along with a tons of beach supplies in the garage. The pool in the back of the house with tremendous views of the mountains behind Hanalei cannot be beat.
