This property has recently been renovated.
The spacious floor plan includes a downstairs primary bedroom suite and luxury spa-like bath. Just off the master is a large living room that opens to the downstairs lanai, leading to the lawn and golf course. There is also a downstairs guest room and laundry area. Upstairs leads to the open "Great Room" with soaring high ceilings, commanding views of the golf course and ocean beyond along with an additional guest room and full bath just off the hallway to the bedroom. A second lanai off the living area allows for cross-breeze, providing open-air, tropical living conditions.
The kitchen is completely stocked with everything needed to enjoy the conveniences of home while this location is just minutes away from the fabulous amenity facilities and restaurants of the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai.
Bedroom configurations are as follows:
Bedroom 1 (Lower Level) Primary - King bed, TV, Ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub, outdoor shower, Lanai.
Bedroom 2 (Upper Level) - Two Twin Beds (converts into a King Bed upon request), TV, Ensuite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 3 (Lower Level) - California King bed, TV, Ensuite bathroom with shower/bathtub combo.
Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $75 - $170 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $37 - $85 + tax for guest ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $230 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $115 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.
The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted 30 days prior to the start of your resort access date. Please check with Club Concierge for any restrictions that may be in place during the dates of your stay.

We absolutely loved this property and the Four Seasons amenities for the children. The townhome is in the perfect location to access everything via the 2 golf carts owners provide.

We love the view from the balcony, where we look over the 15th fairway/green and have our breakfast and view the ocean as well. The house is equipped with absolutely everything you could want. It was immaculately clean and the property manager was delightful and helpful. He met us right at the property and walked us through the place. We love the proximity to the ocean, resort, golf. We walk or cart everywhere easily. Seldom did we get in our car. We can't wait to return.
Nice place to stay if you want to visit paradise...but don’t want to check in to the Four Seasons.
