Upon first entrance to Konea 302, your senses will acknowledge that you've chosen one of the finest three-bedroom direct oceanfront residences that Honua Kai has to offer. This residence offers one of the largest 3BR oceanfront floor plans featuring Viking BBQ grills on the massive wraparound lanai!
The spectacular panoramic vista offered by Konea 302 will lull you into the soothing Maui experience, embracing you in her naturally calm, rejuvenating ambiance. Konea 302's interior blends the resplendent charm of old Hawaii with the sophistication of modern master craftsmanship and design.
This opulent suite accommodates up to eight guests with a king-size bed in each bedroom and one ample queen-size convertible sofa sleeper in the living area. For added flexibility, one of the king-size beds can be split into two XL twin-size beds at no charge. Each bedroom has an accompanying luxury bath for each party's privacy.
We encourage you to express your culinary creativity in the gourmet chef's kitchen. The space is fully equipped with stainless steel Viking appliances, including dual ovens and a built-in wine fridge. There is plenty of space on the ample granite countertops, and we have provided all the cookware and utensils for you to prepare the perfect meal or refreshment... just bring the ingredients.
Enjoy your meals on the spacious oceanview lanai or dine indoors in the climate-controlled air-conditioning. In addition, our commercial-grade Vitamix blender is well-suited to preparing creative libations and smoothies with fresh local produce.
Take pleasure in spending your days at the resort’s three-acre aquatic playground. With four separate swimming pools, a waterslide, waterfalls, fountains, and four hot tubs, there will be no shortage of options for you and your loved ones to enjoy.
When it is time for a bite to eat, Honua Kai is home to the popular Duke’s Beach House, which serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails. Duke’s specializes in serving up Hawaiian-inspired cuisine using locally sourced ingredients and freshly caught seafood. Should you wish to enjoy a refreshment by the water, poolside service is available. For coffee, sandwiches, and other grab-and-go items, including beach gear and souvenirs, visit the Whalers General Store conveniently located in the Konea Tower lobby.

Fabulous!!!!! Our entire family stayed in this beautiful 3 bedroom oceanfront condo over Christmas and I can’t say enough great things. Not only were our expectations met but the management company was very prompt with communication! We had 2 last minute changes with our scheduled dates due to flight changes and they were able to accommodate our last minute requests!!! Would definitely stay here again!!! Beautiful resort!!!
Had a late flight out and they were great at accommodating us to get a late checkout. Super nice at the office too!
The views were spectacular! And the condo was nice and big, and included anything you could need to stay. But the condo was very "used", the pictures made it look much newer than it was. The carpet was stained, there was no extra bedding, and the elevator nearest to the room was broken down, so it was actually a long walk to even get to the pool and beach.
Great property, everything we needed including beach chairs. Messaged by property manager early on to make sure things were going alright, but we had no reason to contact them as everything was as advertised, stocked and in great shape.
We had such a comfortable stay in this gorgeous 3rd floor condo. The views were simply amazing and the condo was large enough for us to all spread out. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and having an outdoor grill was nice (except the grill does not work well - needs some attention!) for creating a couple of the nice dinners we created. Two suggestions for the kitchen - a cutting board and some cleaning supplies! The outdoor space was large and a wonderful spot for dining, cocktails and coffee. A big suggestion is to improve the outside furniture - cushions were really bad and the table was soooooo dirty (we couldn’t do much to clean it). . One chair back was broken. Also had a couple of very large roaches inside and on patio but maybe that’s inevitable? Overall this condo delivered what we expected.
Room has a great view, it was quiet and comfortable.
