Hokulani 937 is one of only four two-bedroom suites at Honua Kai with this highly sought-after floor plan. Exclusive to the 9th-floor of Honua Kai, this suite offers commanding direct ocean views, unsurpassed among two-bedroom ocean views at Honua Kai. Experience a true panorama of the Pacific as you gaze beyond the adjacent building wings that impede the views of the eight floors below.
This location is further accentuated by the solitude of its 9th-floor location and its shelter from Maui's prevailing trade winds.
The suite can accommodate up to six guests with a king-size bed in each bedroom and a queen-size convertible sofa sleeper in the living area. For added flexibility, one of the king-size beds can be split into two XL twin-size beds at no charge.
The lanai comfortably seats four people to enjoy the stunning view. In this suite, opulence and comfort are the constant, gracefully interwoven for your happiness and relaxation.
We encourage you to express your culinary creativity in the well-appointed kitchen. The space is complemented with stainless steel Bosch appliances and granite countertops, as well as a full array of utensils. We also exclusively offer a Vitamix Blender to create the perfect tropical smoothie or libation... just bring the ingredients.
Enjoy a sunset cocktail on the lanai, then dine inside in the climate-controlled air conditioning. All of our managed suites also feature Bose stereo systems to accentuate the incredible surroundings.
Take pleasure in spending your days at the resort’s three-acre aquatic playground. With four separate swimming pools, a waterslide, waterfalls, fountains, and four hot tubs, there will be no shortage of options for you and your loved ones to enjoy.
When it is time for a bite to eat, Honua Kai is home to the popular Duke’s Beach House, which serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails. Duke’s specializes in serving up Hawaiian-inspired cuisine using locally sourced ingredients and freshly caught seafood. Should you wish to enjoy a refreshment by the water, poolside service is available. For coffee, sandwiches, and other grab-and-go items, including beach gear and souvenirs, visit the Whalers General Store conveniently located in the Konea Tower lobby.

Great view from the 9th floor - above nearly all roofs so the ocean view from the lanai is wide and expansive. Condo has two nice bathrooms with one attached to the bedroom one as a guest bath.
Beautiful unit in a wonderful property! Excellent views of Ka’anapali and awesome sunsets. Unit was spacious, nicely decorated and had everything we needed!
Wonderful stay, greet location!
Everything is perfect, we loved it. It could have used some more amenities in the kitchen, cleaner, spices. Other than that, it was perfect!
We loved our stay in 937. View was spectacular, unit was clean, floors are new (no carpet) and comms with Maui Rentals via text was easy and quick. Beach chairs were a nice touch for days when the pool lounges were full (we went at New Year’s, resort was at capacity) and used them almost daily at the beach. Honua Kai is IMO better than either Westin property next door.My complaints are few, but here they are: 1) This unit is directly underneath a unit on the 10th floor that has its large balcony over the primary bedroom. We listened to the noisy dragging of the chairs and pitter patter of feet on the daily at all hours. It didn’t ruin my trip, but something to note and keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Had to knock a star off for this. We’ve stayed in other units here before that do not have the balcony above the bedrooms. It really was a nuisance in the early mornings. I don’t understand why ppl are awake at 6am and outside if the sun isn’t even up yet! A nice touch the rental company could do is provide disposable ear plugs. 2) There is only one restaurant on site. Duke’s seemed overwhelmed with the demands of a full resort at the holidays. We often had to wait 30-60 min to even place a food order at the pool, and up to 2 hours for a table at the restaurant if we didn’t have a reservation. That said, the service was great and food did not disappoint. We loved our vacation and would definitely stay here again!
Very nice condo that we loved staying in for a week. Would absolutely stay there again. Everything matches the picture. Plenty of space for a family of five (one kid on the sleeper sofa). Loved the patio doors that open all the way - opened them first thing every morning and enjoyed the Hawaiian air until we headed out for the day. The overall property is delightful - nice beach with sea turtles right there, multiple fun pools. Having Dukes on property is nice, though a little hard to get into in the evening. We used the community grills one night which worked well. Nice workout facility and a general store on campus (though prices are crazy, so use as needed). Location is excellent - near many things. We had a car, so drove most places, but could walk to some and took an Uber once which was fast to arrive. Julie, the concierge, was phenomenal in helping us plan multiple excursions.

Overall a great experience for VRBO and Maui Resort Rentals. Loved everything about the unit - the floors, balcony, appliances, services, pools, and beaches. Will definitely be back.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Great property and great communication with Maui Resort Rentals. We arrived before our check in time and the bell service was a little strange relative to a hotel, but everything worked out really well. Would go back again and again.
