Our condo was clean, beds were comfy, and we had a beautiful mountain view and sunrise every morning. We enjoyed the beach access, many pool areas and parking garage. Ken gave many suggestions to the area and and made check in and check out so effortless. We look forward to returning in the near future!

Ken is a great host! Wonderful communication throughout. The unit is great and has nice amenities and extras to help with the vacation(beach chairs, snorkel, umbrella, etc). We had a great week and love this property! Perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 kids- 7 and 5).

If there is a place and host you can call perfect, then this is it. Zero complaints, everything was a breeze. The resort checks all the boxes, paradise for kids, the apartment has everything you need, the host is beyond amazing. We will for sure visit again.

This one bedroom property is at a great location right on the beach in Kaanapali and near the supermarket and other great restaurants. The owner was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We had a wonderful time and everything worked perfectly in the kitchen, bathroom, etc. We would gladly book this condo again next time we visit Maui.

The entire resort is quite well maintained, as is the penthouse apartment. Ken, the host, could not have been more helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. It’s nice having a combo lock instead of a key to possibly lose.

We loved our stay... the room came along with all the beach thing needed to play and stay comfortably. The beds were comfy, the view was beautiful and the property is so nice. The pools are super fun and Dukes is a great perk. Also the coffee shop was great.Will hopefully come back with our whole family next time!

Ken was an immaculate host and his place was beyond beautiful! We arrived slightly before check in and he allowed us to check in early which was a life saver after a long flight with a toddler. The condo had everything we needed and was well stocked to stay comfortable. The resort itself is breathtaking and has beautiful views, it’s also in a great location. We had everything we needed walking distance from the condo. Ken’s condo also had beach chairs and toys which was perfect for a relaxing time at the beach. His communication was top tier and was very friendly with checking in. Our family had an incredible time and will definitely be looking forward to coming back for our next trip! Highly recommend if you are looking to stay in Maui soon!!

Loved staying in this condo. Ken was super responsive and very informative. Loved how clean the condo was and all the things included. I especially enjoyed that there was a makeup mirror although that was a great bonus! The condo smelled great and was extremely clean. My little family of 4 would absolutely recommend and already want to come back! The resort is phenomenal and would highly recommend! Also the kids and myself enjoyed the cat colony on the beach/reaort!

This property was family friendly, inviting, located near many attractions, and on a beautiful strech of beach. Sunrises every morning, sunsets every evening, and plenty of water time either on the beach or at the pools. Staff was always friendly. ,propeclean.always clean and we felt at home

For starters Ken was great right away and all the way through with communication! Great Host! The condo was clean and had everything you need. Bed was comfortable and views better than even pictures show. The Mountain View is nice as you spend a lot of time on beach and at pool already so it’s a nice change of scenery. We worried a little about 10th floor and elevator wait time, but had zero issues. Longest wait was maybe 90 seconds., maybe…No issues finding pool chairs either. Maui is as advertised, paradise! Thank you Ken! We plan to visit again!

What an incredible trip! Ken took good care of us, communicated clearly about everything, and even was able to give us an early check-in which made our first day excellent! The pools on property are awesome! Waterfalls, water slides, tons or little nooks and crannies to explore. The beach out front was fun for family snorkeling with my 4 yr old. The place was just the right size for a family of 3. We ate dinner every night out on the lanai and slept comfortably in our beds. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to eat meals in and save a bit of money and the Dukes on property was super convenient for apps during the day and we loved having the fins, sand toys, and beach chairs there to borrow. Thanks for everything Ken!

A wonderful vacation property at a delightful resort. We very much enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very well cared for and the property manager/owner was delightful to work with. The resort itself was a lot of fun. This was our second trip here and would go back again in a heartbeat. Would definitely rent this unit again if we came back.

We had an awesome stay here. The condo was fully equipped and we had everything we needed for our stay. It was nice to be able to cook in some nights. The pools are a 10/10 for kids and adults, lots of hot tubs also. Dukes is just steps away and the condos next door have a general store for necessities. Highly recommend.

This property was excellent for families. The pools were perfect for our son who is 4 and the beach was fantastic. The suite we had was perfect for the three of us and had everything we needed. The host was great and communication was very good. The spa experience was less than expected and would probably not recommend.

We spent a week at this property and we have nothing but wonderful things to say. The condo was very clean with necessary cooking items, beach chairs and toys, towels and extra pillows and bedding. The owner reached out and periodically checked in but not too pushy. The only thing I would recommended would be a laundry basket. We would definitely book this condo in the future . If you have young children I would recommend if you open the sliding doors to ensure you have the screen door locked if you are not watching them as it is pretty high.

Absolutely stunning! Very modern and updated, great appliances and doors. Love having a door code! This condo was complete with everything you could ask for and if we needed anything, Ken was just a call or text away. Perfect for our honeymoon.

We had a fantastic stay in Kaanapali! The property was clean and exactly as described, with all the details matching the listing perfectly. Its location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to do and see. Ken was friendly, communicative, and made the whole process seamless. The on-site amenities added so much convenience to our trip. Absolutely everything my family and I needed for our 6 day stay. Very comfortable beds, nicely stocked kitchen, and clear instructions to make the condo “yours.” Loved the ability to do laundry prior to leaving to save time getting back into the swing of things at home.

We had a great time. Ken was very responsive and his unit is perfect for a family of 4. Very happy, no complaints, and hope to be back soon.

We really enjoyed the pools and scenery at this resort. Most people there were families and older couples. Not loud at all, very relaxing. The condo was nice, and provided what we needed. Ken the owner communicated well. We would stay here again. Thank you!

The resort was amazing! The room was so clean and comfortable! The shower had amazing water pressure! The pools were great and there’s even a walking path in between the resort and the beach, which is perfect for late night walks! The property manager was very nice and even let us check in a little early! All around perfect place and we definitely want to come back!

We had a wonderful time at Kenneth's place, the house was well stocked, clean, had gorgeous view of the mountains and lovely pool facilities. We enjoyed the beach access and onsite restaurant a few times. It was a very relaxing stay. Mahalo!

We had an amazing stay in this unit at the Honua Kai. The unit was very updated, spotless and very well taken care of. The kitchen had enough cookware and utensils for our needs and we appreciated the dishwasher. The lanai was very large and had a view of the mountains. The bed and pullout couch were very comfortable and had soft sheets. Communication with the owner was great. The best thing about the Honua Kai is the amenities - 3 pools with lazy rivers and a waterslide, multiple hot tubs, right on a beautiful sandy beach and Duke's restaurant on-site. Duke's serves a poolside menu too and will bring you food and drinks to your chair. We also had several meals in the restaurant which were great. The beach is sandy entry but has reef pretty close in. We didn't mind at all since there were enough sandy pockets to swim in and we were able to do some snorkeling as well. Not the best snorkeling compared to other spots, but saw some eels, Humu, puffer fish etc. We also enjoyed a few evenings sitting in the lounge chairs in the lobby watching the sunset. We found the lobby area to be really nice and relaxing. The entire property is very clean and well-kept. Overall, we had a great time at the Honua Kai and would definitely return to this unit in the future!

The condo is well appointed, clean and comfortable. Easy access to everything on site and clear instructions from owner to access everything. Very easy to send a text and prompt responses with helpful info on things close by. The property is stunning and has many lovely pools and hot tubs, quick beach access, and clean, large bbq for guest use near pools. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We have been to Maui a handful of times and this has been our favorite place to stay yet - and was not the most expensive either. The Honua Kai has a really beautiful resort with plenty of space to spread out, different pools, hot tubs, and it is a quick and easy walk to the beach. It was nice to be able to bounce back and forth from beach to resort. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and stocked well - the full kitchen allowed us to cook most of our meals. The beds (even the pullout couch) were very comfortable too. Ken, the owner, was friendly and helpful during the whole process.

Condo was great and met all our needs. Ken was an excellent host making sure we were well taken care of for checking in, parking and other amenities. Would stay here again if we make a future trip to Maui.

The reason the condo gets 5 star is more the host than the condo. Ken was quick with responses and resolved issues as best he could. He is friendly and was able to provide advice on the island. The condo is clean with great mountain views being on the 10th floor. It gets the morning sun, kitchen is well stocked including bbq utensils, washer and dryer is great, beach equipment a bonus and massive help. There are a few things to be aware of: - the condo is right next to the lift which is good as you don’t have to carry your belongings far but you do hear the lift slightly in the bedroom when quiet. - The condo is a decent size but little storage space. There is only 1 single wardrobe and 1 chest of drawers so you can’t really unpack, therefore, we lived out of the suitcase for 10 days instead. - There is only 1 mirror in the whole condo in the bathroom, not full length. - Lightening is mainly lamps so it’s quite dark in the evenings. The resort itself is lovely. Lots of medium sized pools. Right on the beach which is little rocky as you walk out. Lots of parking available. Supermarket nearby. This was our once in a lifetime trip and I’m glad we came, Maui is truly a wonderful place!

Ken was an amazing host. The condo had everything we needed and we loved being on the top floor. My kids enjoyed the different pool areas and the snorkeling on the beach was great! Will definitely stay here again!

Stying at Ken's place was flawless from start to finish. Ken is on point with his communication and response time, the place is beautiful, well stocked with everything my family needed (from cooking to days spent on the beach). The resort amenities access was wonderful: clean towels whenever we needed them, drinks by the pool, direct access to an awesome stretch of beach, holding luggage/groceries while we waited for check in. The resort staff were also the friendliest I've come across in a long time! 100% would come back!

This stay was excellent. My wife and I truly enjoyed Honua Kai in general and the condo in particular. Will surely be back...

Beautiful little condo with great Mountain Views. We loved the location! Will book again.

I highly recommend this condo! Location was great and the resort was beautiful with all of the pools and easy beach access. Nice view to the east, we saw a few rainbows. The towel vending machine was easy to use and we could trade out towels as needed. The condo had 2 boogie boards, sand toys, two beach chairs, and an umbrella, plus various puzzles, cards, and an NES. The kitchen was well stocked with bowls, plates, cooking utensils, etc. There's a grocery store about a 15 min walk which we went to a few times to load up on supplies. The store also has things like pool noodles, inner tubes, sand toys, balls, etc. We took ride shares everywhere which was easy, other than one time it took us about 20 min to get a ride. There's a very nice boardwalk that starts at Honua Kai and goes down past Whaler's Village. No complaints at all, this is a fantastic condo for families and we'd definitely come back!

We typically stay at the Westin Villas but was not available during our needed dates. This property is right next door. We had a great stay, glad we chose to try Honoua Kia. Property was as presented in photos. Clean, spacious, and great location. Communications/quick response time with owner and housekeeping staff member was appreciated. Kitchen, laundry in unit a plus. Boogy boards, beach chairs and umbrella provided but didn’t use. The only downside is there is no hospitality suite to shower if you’ve been at beach/pool on your last day after checkout due to Vrbo reservation and not considered hotel guest. There is an outdoor rinse shower by pool and can use restrooms. Pleasant stay would stay again. Thank you Ken!!

Absolutely and highly recommend you stay here for your next trip at Maui. The room was absolutely clean and the location was perfect. The owner was in constant communication with you to make sure your stay was as comfortable as possible. The amenities especially the pools were absolutely loved especially for my daughter. The location with it wonderful view was breathtaking. I would absolutely stay here again and the price four our stay was a lot less then other hotels and resorts were charging.

We had a very nice stay at Kenneth's condo on the 10th floor at Honua Kai. The condo was very clean and comfortable during our 10 day stay. Honua Kai is a lovely resort. We used the weight room daily, went for long walks on the boardwalk to Whaler's Village, enjoyed the pools and hot tubs, and spent every day watching whales on the beach. It was nice to have use of the beach chairs, boogie boards, and snorkel fins provided at the condo. The condo looks out on the mountain, so we saw some beautiful rainbows. I would highly recommend this condo.

Lovely property. Stocked well with the things you will need for your trip if if you are only two people. Loved the view, especially in Jan when the hills are green. Parking was very convenient.

We loved our time in this wonderful accommodation. We were welcomed before arrival and both the property manager and owner checked in to answer questions and make sure we had what we needed. The bed was comfy, great linens, beautiful view from the deck. The sofa bed worked out great for our kids. Still plenty of room in the living room, even with the bed open. The kitchen was modern and well stocked with all the things we needed. Great resort with a fabulous pool and just steps away from the beach. We would return and stay here again in a heartbeat.

The condo was very clean and comfortable; it had every amenity we needed and more. The balcony and view were an extra bonus! Communication with the owner and his agent was excellent.

I like the parking in the basement. The unit is close to Times Supermarket and L&L. About 0.2 miles away is McDonald’s and Maui Brewing Co. The unit is very quiet and the amenities are wonderful. The bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable.
