KKSRC 7102, Ground Floor, Garden/Golf Views, AC, Fully Remodeled

Excellent property overall -- clean, great location, perfect condition, and everything was provided (kitchen utensils, beach and pool "toys", extra blankets/pillows/towels/etc., etc. And the communication with the rental management company was great.

We were a group of 19 that stayed in 4 condos in the KKSRC. This condo was by far one of the favorites. Clean and cozy you can tell the owners put thought and care into their place. Comfortable Lanai with amazing garden views. Very well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a great stay. Location is very central. Close to amazing snorkel beaches, shopping, and beautiful white sand beaches. Incredible! We will definitely be back.

Resort was perfect, beautiful condo we got to meet the owners, very nice people. Love the amenities which included beach items such as chairs and coolers.Staff was friendly and helpful accommodating from the beginning.Mahalo for making our family vacation a beautiful memory.

The art is beautiful and the condo is just beautiful. The management is easy to talk to and very responsive.

Soothing Hawaiian music welcomed us and the ceiling fans had cooled the inside. The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed plus a little more. We really enjoyed the floor to ceiling sliding doors, lani, and designated parking. The furniture and fixtures were very nice and comfortable. The view from the lani was beautiful as we relaxed in the patio furniture in the evenings. The kitchen was well equipped and had updated appliances. The resort was very nice, beautifully landscaped, heated pool, and barbecues. We would not hesitate to stay here again and really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful property and condominium. We would stay here again if we came back to Kona. Some of the highlights I’ll list. The King size master bedroom bed was superb. Very comfortable. We nitpick mattresses whenever we stay at places. The second bedroom with a twin and a full size bed was great for kids or other. The patio is very pleasant but the biggest thing here is the privacy. Reason is if you walk along the oceanside pathway of the property you will see other condo units that have great views of the ocean but lack that privacy aspect so there’s pros and cons to everything. We also enjoyed the patio closet with random beach need items. We used the water shoes, beach chairs, coolers, etc. Keep one of these coolers in your car when you go to the grocery store to put things in. One last thing is a tip. The pool is wonderful on the property w/ clean restrooms and a outdoor shower to utilize but maybe on our 9th day of our 13 day trip we figured out the property has its own beach access so go north of the pool area past 3 or 4 condo units, follow a sidewalk around a corner and you’ll discover the beach access. It was quite private but don’t put your hand down on a sea urchin like I did:)

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay on the Big Island and in this condo. The location was perfect and close to shops, restaurants, walking distance to a great snorkeling spot!! They had everything we needed and plenty of extras, boogie boards and cooler came in handy for us. Will stay here again on our next visit to this island.

The condo was amazing nicely decorated. The place had everything we could want but a can opener. The only thing that was confusing was the air conditioner they do charge by day and i assumed it was paid when I paid my rental but it was not and after arrival they took that from my bank account which was my spending money. Read the contract I very well could have been mistaken.

We had 44 family members stay somewhere within the complex, and we had snorkeling, body surfing, and surfing within walking distance. We decided to return to Kona next year and, stay here the next time too.
