Oceanview #201 at Hana Kai Maui - 1 Bedroom Upper Floor Corner, Panoramic View!

This condo was exactly as advertised! Wonderful property! Would definitely stay here again. This side of Maui is a must see!

We loved this little spot - especially as it sits on a black sand beach!! Meaning we didn’t have to pay to get into another black sand beach nearby (that you have to book a reservation 30 days in advance for). It was right there!! The room was clean and the view was beautiful! It’s the perfect way to split up The Road to Hana as well! Even though there’s no AC, the room stayed cool as there are fans provided along with the naturally cool breeze. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was also easy. We would definitely stay here again! Oh! And if you want another cool beach, there’s a beautiful, sacred red sand beach just a 10 minute walk and exhilarating hike down the road.

The view from the room was fantastic

The location was very nice and had wonderful ocean views. Unfortunately we could only stay one night because the property had no air conditioning (we knew this from the listing) and the trade winds were not blowing. So the heat was too much for us.

Amazing!!

Unfortunately we only crossed paths with a departing employee as we arrived at 5:00. I would have rather checked in with them but it worked out. This unit is well-decorated, comfortable, and has a great view. The water crashing into the black sand and stone shore is awesome. Great proximity to it and view is awesome. Slept well. Just need to carefully plan your meal strategy in Hana. Area surrounding is terirfic, especially the state park. Would stay again.

The property had a picturesque view and everything you’d need. It is a bit dated but somehow the decor made it so charming. Very clean and spacious. We loved it!

Gorgeous inside and out

This would’ve been a great place to spend more time. The view of the Hana Bay to be able to walk near the water. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the style of it. We would stay here again if we come back to Hana.

The location cannot be beat. What a beautiful property on the beach. It was so quiet and you could hear the waves and see the stars. The actual unit was a bit dated but fun and homey all the same.

The condominium had a beautiful view of the ocean.

Fridge broke which was inconvenient. Room was well laid out, excellent lanai. Great location

Beautiful property right on a secluded beach. It was amazing hearing the waves crashing all night long. Th property even had family games available in the room for an awesome family time. Beautiful lanai off each room overlooking the ocean made for a great morning view while having coffee.

Absolutely no WiFi despite asking the indifferent managers on duty three times. When a property charges upwards of $450 a night this is deplorable Equally awful was the dated bathroom and furniture. God forbid you sit on any of the chairs or sofa/ the cushions unexpectedly sink down to the a level that shows there is zero foam left.
