Our room was great! It was right on the water, beautiful sunsets and if you leave your back sliding door open, there was a great breeze running through the condo, as there is no air conditioning. We did not have a problem with that though. The accommodations were wonderful and we loved that there were beach chairs!! The only problem is that the sliding doors on the front would come off. We thought it was because of the salty air making them stick but we were able to figure that out also. Very nice place to be in Maui!
The location of this condo is amazing, almost like you are sitting on a boat it is so close to the water. Whale watching over morning coffee and sunsets on the balcony. About 2-3 miles from Kaanapali.Decor is cute and coastal.But there are a few things you should know1. The second bedroom opens to the main outdoor walkway of the complex. If you have a child they can walk out if their room directly to the main outside hallway.2 the parking spot is like a cubby with two walls on either side and a boiler. In a small Mercedes it required a 20-point turn. A truck or big jeep would not fit.3. No AC. I think I knew this when I booked as it is common on the islands. The trade winds cool it down quickly once the lanai doors are open, but unless you keep them open while sleeping (which the bldg does not recommend), it is hot at night.Overall we had a great stay but just want others to be aware of these details don’t work for them

Nicely situated overlooking Lanai and Molokai…very well stocked with utensils and various other necessary items. Very clean and well maintained…the management was very helpful. This would be a great location during the whale season.
Loved this condo. The view is absolutely incredible. All the amenities you need for making your own food. The location is great. There is no walkable beach out front but there is a walkable beach within a 5 minutes. However, there is multiple better beaches within a 5 minute drive.
Great condo- spacious, comphy beds and well stocked with amenities! Fantastic views of the ocean! Common areas of the property- pool, BBQ etc are well maintained. Would definitely return!
The location is perfect. Close to Kapalua, DT Flemming and Kaanapali beach. The views are incredible, you can see and hear the humpback whales hitting their tales from your deck. The property is well maintained, BBQ and pool area were great. Highly recommend the pizza from Dollies pub. The condo was clean and well stocked with cutlery, dishes, paper towels, and laundry soap. There is no air conditioning but the cross breeze and ceiling fans kept us comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the deck which had plenty of furniture and tables. The bedroom with two beds is a bit noisy since it faces the road, just something to consider if you're a light sleeper. I would definitely stay here again.
The positives: Great location, view and property amenities. We appreciated that the entire property, even outdoors at the pool, is non-smoking and parking was easy. The condo was comfortable, generally clean and well stocked with essential supplies and beach equipment. We appreciated having laundry facilities within the unit. The negatives: Some of the condo furnishings are in need of some TLC beyond normal cleaning between stays. The sliding doors and shutters are very difficult to slide and some of the cooking utensils need to be replaced.
Perfect for our family of four and really comfortable beds. Good location but we needed to drive to beaches. Gorgeous views of rainbows and whales from the balcony!
Loved sunset dinners on the deck, watching turtles on the breakwall, swimming in the pool and the proximity to downtown Lahaina! Great spot to be!
