Property Overview
This wonderful townhouse will help you make your Hawaiian vacation dreams come true! Beautifully decorated and well appointed you will find all of the comforts of home in this amazing tropical setting. The luxurious master suite will not disappoint with a king bed, private lanai, sitting room, and spacious five piece master bath. The second bedroom also offers wonderful privacy with it's own en suite bath. The beds in the second bedroom can be set up as a king or two twins, you pick! The main floor has a well designed open concept living/dining space with a large, fully stocked kitchen complete with stainless appliances and granite countertops. The ground floor lanai is a wonderful place for outdoor living with a Viking grill and sink with it's own food prep space.
It is a 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhouse with a garage and only minutes from TWO white sand beaches (walkable and drivable) and a black sand beach! It can sleep 6 comfortably. Shopping, golf, tennis, restaurants, and more are within our resort community of Mauna Lani.
Beach Club Access to All of Our Guests!! We leave our access card for our guests to use during your stay- private gated parking, free cabana/beach chair use. Amazing beach for relaxing, snorkeling, and water recreation!
Mauna Lani is located north of Kona on the west side of the Big Island. It has an abundance of sunshine and prevailing trade winds. Our vacation home is within Mauna Lani in a gated development called The Fairways. It has a beautiful resort style pool with hot tub and peaceful waterfalls. The beach club that all of our guests have access to is easily accessible by bike or car and provides beach chairs and cabanas so you can thoroughly relax in your tropical paradise. Both beaches are great for kids and you can snorkel right from the beach (we have beach toys and snorkel equipment at the home you are welcome to use). You can also dine at the beach front restaurant or schedule a multitude of water recreation activities at the beach club.

This home was perfect for our stay. We had access to the Mauna Lani beach club and it was an easy trip to several other great beaches in the area. We really appreciated all of the gear that was available to us including snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, and a cooler. We had everything we needed for a great time everywhere we went.

We enjoyed access to the beach club and all the beach toys very much. The water was calm and perfect for our 5 and 9-year-olds. They boogie boarded, snorkeled and built sand castles. It was also nice to have access to cabanas, bathrooms and the restaurant. The kitchen was great for us to have stocked up at Costco on arrival. Hosts are responsive and accommodating. Would recommend!
Very comfortable and perfectly located for all our needs
This was our 2nd stay in the Mauna Lani area, but our first at ML Fairways. I must say that this townhome was our absolute favorite! The home was spotlessly clean on arrival -- Mary even granted us an early check-in bc our flight had been changed. It had all the amenities you need: kitchen appliances, beach items, even cruiser bikes were available for our use. The location was perfect: just close enough to the local market, and a short walk to the Fairmont coast walking path. Beach club access was a plus -- that's where we always do our intro snorkel to the area. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio, looking at the lush landscape. The home was a short walk to the pool, but still private enough. We cooked a lot of our dinners, but there are a few local restaurants in the area. Mary was quick to respond to any of our questions. I highly recommend staying here :-)
Beautiful location! The beaches and snorkeling were fantastic. Kitchen was well equipped and close to excellent dining. Lots of equipment for snorkeling, cycling, picnics, etc.
My family and I recently stayed at this property to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful time here. The house was beautiful, clean, and tastefully decorated with everything we could need to complete our stay. It was fully equipped to accommodate our 2 and 4 year olds with games and activities in addition to an ample selection of beach toys and accessories, which they really enjoyed. The location was superb for proximity to the beaches, shopping, and beautiful sunset strolls in the evenings. The owners allowed us to bring our pet which was an added bonus since we were going to be there for a full week and wanted to bring our dog along with us. Overall, really happy with our time here. Mahalo for allowing us to come and we hope to visit again sometime in the future.
Stay at this condo and you will not come back to Mauna Lani, Hawaii. We arrived early so the cleaning had not been finished they came the next morning and cleaned. After they left when I walked into the kitchen I was sticking to the floor I took a paper towel with hot water and wiped it. My paper towel was black, I took pictures .I cleaned the whole tile floor up. The washing machine & dryer work but need a really good cleaning. Sorry to be so picky but really was hoping not to have to clean before we could stay. Our Daughter & her family was in another unit that was much nicer than ours, at least cleaner. The carpets and furniture need a good cleaning, being a guest at your condo should not involve any cleaning in order to stay.
We had a great time at Mary and Alan's place. They take excellent care of their property and it's obvious that they want their guests to enjoy a nice Hawaiian experience.
The townhouse was very beautiful. From the house decor to outside scenery, it was very breathtaking. All little necessities were provided and the closet market was about 2 mins away.
