The reservation and check in process was very smooth. The home had everything we needed to be comfortable. A home away from home. We would stay here again.
Each bedroom had its own bathroom, mini refrigerator, and microwave Backyard is big and has a very nice area for barbecue. Very cozy and comfortable home!
Thank you for letting my co workers stay at your place! It was great!
We had everything we need in the unit, the house was very nice and comfortable, the property manager was wonderful.
The house was perfect for our stay. The host was very kind and hospitable. When we plan a visit to Hilo again, we will definitely book our stay here.
One of the rooms has bed bugs. It is the bedroom right next to the kitchen on the south side of the house.
Came with friends to celebrate a friends 50th birthday. Jim and Amy were very welcoming, they made themselves available by text if anything was needed and responded promptly but otherwise left us to ourselves to enjoy the property and each other. They have a sweet little orchard where we were welcome to pick and enjoy starfruits. Kind family, lovely stay (:
We were a group of 10 (3 adults and 7 kids ages 7-13) and were very comfortable. The house is the cleanest VRBO we have ever rented. Jim provided dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, etc. and the kitchen was well stocked with all the pans and dishes we needed to enjoy our stay. Our kids loved that each bedroom is like its only little suite with its own bathroom, TV, and mini fridge. The house also has many windows which allowed us to let in the night air and stay plenty cool. The neighborhood was a good location for us to access Volcanoes National Parks and other east and south side attractions. We especially enjoyed walking l along the beach and exploring the tide pools that are at the end of the road.
The place was very spacious and clean! I very much recommend!
It was a good property. Especially for the price! We dealt with Amy the most since her husband was not feeling well. Amy was very involved and always made sure we were okay. If we had questions, her response time was wonderful. The downside was that there was no hot water for the time we were there but Amy was wonderful in helping us out with that. My family was rather big so we definitely made use of all the rooms and bathrooms. The place was clean overall and it was in a good place. The Coqui frogs can be a little loud, especially if you're not used to it but it was fine. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!
